Intecore Physical Therapy

I recently completed a series of physical therapy sessions at Intecore Physical Therapy (Lake Forest location). From the very first appointment, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The therapists took the time to listen to my concerns and created a personalized plan that addressed my specific needs. The sessions were both challenging and rewarding. I appreciated the focus on building strength and improving my mobility, and I saw noticeable progress in just a few weeks. The therapist provided clear explanations for each exercise and ensured I was using the correct techniques to avoid injury. The atmosphere in the clinic was always positive and encouraging, which made each visit enjoyable. I truly felt supported throughout my journey. Went to Intecore to have my knee looked at and worked on. The location is super convenient for me but the real stars are the team on site. Curtis was extremely detailed during the initial visit in developing the workout set and the aid, Sara was awesome as well, with a limitless amount of positive energy and enthusiasm that kept us going especially for the early morning sessions that I imposed on myself. The app portal was great for self help exercises so something that I will continue to do to continue to get better. Thanks guys!!!

Intecore Physical therapy Foothill Ranch is top notch! I have been coming to this location in the past years for treatment for my neck and back. Recently I have been seen for treatment for both of my knees. All the Physical Therapists that I have seen ( Curtis , Parita and Patrick) , and the Aides ( Kenny and Malia), have been caring, helpful and knowledgeable. I always love the kind greetings each time I enter the clinic. She too is also caring and helpful, which I appreciate. This is the place to go to for your physical therapy treatment. You will get the help you need , so that you will become more stronger and more active in your daily activities.

Having needed therapy several times over the past 5 years, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Intecore. They employ true professionals that have done a very good job helping me with my recovery. Curtis, Katie, Patrick and Janey, just to name a few. If the need for more therapy occurs, I will not hesitate to return here for the help I need to feel better.

I have been going to Intecore for help with feet pain and knee pain. They are awesome. I was here in 2022 and highly recommend them. Special shout out to Kenny for always having my "equipment" ready. Kudos to Patrick for his kindness and knowledge in adjusting my exercises based on my needs and pain.

The team, including Parita, Curtis, Patrick, and the front office staff Janie and Amanda, have all played a crucial role in my recovery.
