Intecore Physical Therapy

Intecore Physical Therapy has been the best physical therapy I have ever been to. I’ve been to other places but Intecore gives individual therapy and everyone there knows what they are doing! The therapists really know their stuff! Very pleasant experience and sorry my physical therapy is finished now! Everyone there is competent, courteous and friendly! Great and Best place for therapy!! 😊

Lauren was incredible, she could pinpoint exactly where my pain was and gave me some great exercises to rehab my calf during the session and sent me home with them to do before the next session. Super thankful for the Intecore team and seeing me so quickly too after my injury, I called yesterday and was in the office the next morning for my appointment!

Such a wonderful facility. Brandon and Lauren really helped me rehabilitate my knee after surgery. Very grateful for them. Jackie, the front office was so helpful in getting extension for more days of therapy with my insurance. She worked very hard and made it happen. So grateful. this facility is definitely the best.

My teenage son has been getting PT at Intecore for his injured calf. We’ve had a great experience here. Lauren is a great physical therapist- she’s so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with my son. Quinn has been so helpful too. Both Jackie and Amanda are so friendly and personable. We feel very comfortable coming to Intecore.

I've been to Intecore Aliso Viejo in 2023 and 2024, first for my right knee and second for my back. The exercises were very helpful, written down, and easily performed at home. Lauren was my Physical Therapist both times, and she was excellent! The aides, Quinn, Michael and Nick were top notch too! Jackie and Amanda were also so helpful setting up my appointments and getting my therapy covered by insurance. Thank you all so very much!!!

Yes , I highly recommend Intecore PT. Dr. Lauren takes her time with each patient. She is spot on with her diagnosis. Also Collin her aid was super polite and made the exercises easy to understand. Also Dr. Lauren understood my surgery on my left shoulder and with that she helped big time on my range of motion. Regards Kalman

Lauren and her assistants helped me recover from two knee replacement surgeries. Everyone is friendly and caring. They guided me every step of the way with exercise and massage. I’m now ready to continue my recovery at home and get stronger with Pilates and walking. I wouldn’t have progressed this far without their wonderful help!

When I came to Intecore physical therapy I had a torn rotator cuff and frozen shoulder. Dr. Lauren developed a protocol for me working on the small muscles that I could strengthen without too much pain. The Intecore team always offered me a cooling ice treatment for my shoulder after each session. After a cortisone injection from my surgeon, I have been able to build on new and more challenging exercises each week. Dr. Lauren is capable, compassionate and dedicated to helping her clients regain their strength, mobility and quality of life.
