Institute for Precision In Movement

I went to see Dr. Pete as I was referred to by my brother. I was skeptical at first if he could help. I had knee pain for about 2yrs and the last few months it became progressively worse impeding me from sleeping. After about 3 sessions I could sleep with no knee pain. I also have pain in my tendon which will take a little longer to heal, but with Dr. Pete’s help I can now jog and hike like I used to and the pain is bearable. The staff is friendly and inviting. They helped accommodate my appointments and worked around my busy schedule. The facility is clean with top of the line training equipment. The laser therapy is great! Overall I had a great experience and can’t say enough nice things about Precision movement. Don’t live in pain come and get treated, I’m sure you won’t regret it!☺️

This review is long overdue. I found out about this amazing business thru a client of mine who was interning here thru her Physical Therapy program at Loma Linda University. I had been going elsewhere for PT, but was not seeing as much an improvement as I had at the beginning. The therapist was always doing the same thing, with nothing improving anymore. My client suggested I try Precision in Movement-especially , Pete Lingas. This place was different from the minute I walked in! There were numerous therapists who were actively working with their patients. There was an excitement, energy, happy atmosphere here. My issues were assessed, explained, and then Pete got to work...and so did I. Following my program that day, I was moved to an area of the room for a resting period with heat and some leg compressions. I was sent a few exercises to complete before my next appointment. More than all the xX rays, MRIs, and various specialists I saw over many months, my work with Pete and this business has helped me the most. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend this business.

Great treatment and facility. I worked with Chris after a snowboarding injury to my elbow . He listened to my concerns and made sure to help strength train the area so I could get back to doing all my activities again. Easy to get to location and I hope to not need them again but if I do I won’t go anywhere else.

Best experience I could ask for. All of the staff was knowledgeable and professional. Helped me recover to pre-surgery/injury levels. Treated me like a friend or family member. First rate equipment, diagnostics and sport specific application to getting me to where I needed to be. App has been helpful for me to do exercises properly at home as much as possible. Was referred here by another physical therapist who deferred to Pete’s expertise. Last day today, good thing because I’ve graduated and am functioning, but I’ll miss the people there. Would go back in a heartbeat if I needed to, but the hope is I’ll stay injury free with what they’ve taught and I’ll only have to come back to say hi. Thanks precision in movement, you’ve been a blessing and positively impacted my health.

I can’t say enough about The Institute for Precision in Movement. Peter has helped me through a bone bruise, plantars fasciitis, tendinitis in the shoulder and has helped me always to get out and run through all these issues. When others have said “no you can’t and no more running” he’s always been encouraging and has found a way for me to get rehabilitate.

From only my initial first visit I have to admit that I was very much impressed by this place. The receptionist/intake girl was very friendly, helpful and respectful. Full of smiles and pleasant to deal with. Then I get to my physical therapist Frank. Talk about a professional and nice person! He was respectful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately from what I understand he's leaving the location, but I have a feeling whomever I get as his replacement will be good too. So, for now I congratulate these folks for being somewhere I do not mind going for healthcare. If anything changes, I'll update this review. The location is easy to find, and plenty of parking too.....👍

I came to see the Precision In Movement team for my Achilles tendon repair and had a wonderful experience and time there! Being a physical therapy student myself, I found the treatments to be evidenced based and up-to-date as well as being personalized to my goals to play basketball again. The team is friendly and understanding, they have the latest technology, and they provide top-notch care.
