Girls at the front desk are rude and unsympathetic to people in severe pain. I showed up to my first appointment in terrible pain and couldn’t stand at the window while waiting for them to get the paperwork together for me. I sat down after giving them my drivers license, they took their sweet time gathering a stack of paperwork to complete and got nasty when I asked them for a pen. I got a phone call from my primary care doctor talking to me about a respiratory infection I had 3 months ago. The rude receptionist told me I had to leave the office, because she, not the doctor, decided that I was sick and didn’t deserve to be treated for my pain. She kicked me out of the office, kept my drivers license and refused to answer my calls when I asked to come get my license back. I had to call the Ft. Lauderdale office manager to allow me to drive back again to get my license. Worst service ever! Although the website looks great and they seem to offer a lot of services, I was the only person in a tiny office, waiting to see a doctor I couldn’t find reviews for on health grades. I took a chance since I was only going for a consultation and osteopathic adjustment. Probably best I was not treated. Going to another doctor in the area with 25 years of experience and a 5 star rating in a couple days. Perhaps the Ft. Lauderdale office is better but avoid the Mickey Mouse location in Hollywood!

They canceled my appointment twice at the last minute, this place is very unprofessional.

I have been a patient of one of the “younger” doctors at their Hollywood location for about 5 months. In my last visit, I complained about shoulder discomfort. While the doctor was doing osteopathic manipulation on my shoulder, the shoulder was dislocated. I had to leave the doctor’s office by Rescue squad to go to the ER. I felt excruciating pain. The ER doctor had to put me to “sleep” to reduce the dislocation. I was discharged later in the day and referred to an orthopedist. My orthopedist said I need to wait about a month for some of the inflammation and healing to occur before he could determine if there is any more damage which I pray not. I also have to start physical therapy several times per week so I can hopefully achieve a better range of motion in my arm. Although this is unlikely to happen to you and most reviews about this practice are positive, I am just sharing my personal and unique experience.
