Dr. Ashley at Inspired Maternity has been absolutely wonderful in helping me heal my postpartum body. As a new mom, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find the time to heal my pelvic floor issues but through in person visits and virtual programs, she has helped me to incorporate exercises and postures into my daily movements so the work is functional and effective! Being a mom herself, she is so easy to talk to and relates so well to women. And she knows what pregnant and postpartum women need in order to feel their strongest and healthiest! I highly recommend Dr. Ashley for physical therapy and other pregnancy/postpartum wellness needs!
