I know she genuinely cares for me, even immediately after my labral hip repair surgery, she helped me and showed me everything I needed to get on/off vehicle, bed, use the toilet, use my crutches, dos and dings and that was a Sunday. Even up to now she answers questions I may have, she is very attentive and responsive. I love Jess :) she is the best

I've had the pleasure of receiving care from Dr. Jessica Giardino, PT, DPT, ATC, and I must say, she's been nothing short of miraculous in her approach to physical therapy. Her expertise isn't just limited to me; she's also been a tremendous support to my aging parents. In a particularly challenging time, my mom suffered a broken ankle, casting a shadow of despair over her mobility. Jess was there like a beacon of hope, guiding my mom through a journey of complete recovery with her expert care and unwavering support. Particularly impressive was how she helped my father, an avid senior softball player, overcome his knee and back problems. Thanks to Jess, he was able to participate in and win the Senior Softball World Series in Las Vegas! Each visit with Jess leaves me feeling significantly better, often immediately. She goes the extra mile, following up with texts containing simple, yet effective exercises to aid in my recovery. This personalized approach is a stark contrast to my past experiences with chiropractic treatments, which often took days to provide relief. Jess's deep understanding of the body and its healing mechanisms is truly exceptional. Her skill, combined with a compassionate and personalized approach, makes her an outstanding physical therapist.

The absolute BEST PT and frankly, the best health professional I've ever seen. Jess is incredibly smart, passionate, and caring. If I have pain, discomfort, or tbh any ailment at all, I text Jess to find out if her PT can help. I say "her PT" because Jess isn't like any other PT I've ever been to. She is a frickin WIZARD. She has a way of assessing symptoms, determining root cause, and diagnosing the issue unlike anyone I've ever seen. Then she perfectly addresses those issues to give me immediate relief/improvement and then writes me a whole protocol to include prescribed load and reps that I can do at home. She will do anything for her patients. I've experienced this first hand when she adjusted her whole day to get me in during an emergency. I have referred tons of friends and family to her and the feedback is always the same: Jess is AMAZING. Don't waste your time going elsewhere just because they take your insurance. You get what you pay for and Jess is worth every penny and more.

I am so pleased with my physical therapy experience with Jessica. I had torn my mcl and had surgery and was leaving for trips to Africa and China. It was a longer recovery than I thought and was worried I wouldn’t be able to make the trips. Jessica’s positive attitude and knowledge of what I needed to do to recover helped me make my goal. She took her time with me to explain each exercise and why it was important to my recovery. Jess is so compassionate and cares about helping her patients. She loves what she does and it shows in her level of care. I’m blessed to have found her.

Jess has changed my life! I had constant lower back and neck pain that was causing me to lose sleep and get in the way of normal everyday activities like walking my dogs. I started seeing Jess a little over a year ago. She took care of the problem in just a few visits. I liked her so much that I started seeing her for training. She is always so positive and motivating. I feel like she's my biggest cheerleader. Everyone needs a Jess in their life!
