She makes me feel concerned about as an individual rather than simply just another patient. Her knowledge and ability to communicate how and why you are doing the things asked is above and beyond what is required!! By far her presence makes the experience less tedious. I love the therapists I work with while recovering from shoulder surgery. They listen to you as a patient and respect that if your pain is too high doing any of the exercises they will allow you to skip it and try something different so you don't make the pain worse.
She was very kind and sweet about how she did things. And wanted to know if I was ok to do things or if I needed help. Have other appointments so will keep you updated. The ladies at the desk was great answered my questions and very sweet easy to talk to.
The Physical Therapist Was The Only One Available, So She Was Quite Busy Facilitating At Least Four (4) Patients Simultaneously. However, She Multitasked Very Effectively.
I really like Mitali. She knows her stuff. Set me up for my PT. This is the 2nd time I have used Insight for PT. I highly recommend them
I liked Mitali she is friendly and makes sure I am doing my exercises right and explains what the exercise is helping.

Jessica was a very polite and considerate young woman. She took her Time in assessing my limitations. Being careful to not cause me undue pain or discomfort. All in all, I would rate my experience with her a 10! I look forward to working with her on regaining my full mobility with my knee replacement.
