WOW! Time went by quickly. Sarah and Shelley and rest of the staff are exceptional. My progress after total hip replacement has been phenomenal. I owe it to INSHAPE Physical Therapy . I think about my first session after surgery March 6, 2023 struggling to get around and in pain until today June 13. When I graduated. 😂 Mobile and feeling Great! I wish everyone the best. I will miss the staff and particularly the pool therapy. God Bless

I can’t say enough about this establishment. I joined InShape a few years ago to get help with my Neuropathy. Covid hit and just never went back. I now have Stage 4 metastasized breast cancer. My bones and Neuropathy with Restless leg syndrome, I needed help. I went back to In Shape to get help. I am doing Pool Therapy and regular therapy My Oncologist suggested Acupuncture. I mentioned to to Shelly and her staff. To my surprise they have this service, To me on my 3rd session, I am in better shape than have been for years. Thank you Shelly and you special lady’s for all you do for me. You have me forever now. Thank you all. Sandy

Shelley and her team are miracle workers! I came in for treatment after an auto accident and could not walk more than fifty yards without excruciating pain radiating across the shoulder blades. After the laser therapy and other treatments, the shoulder blade pain is gone and I have much better lateral neck rotation. I highly recommend this team of faith based professionals.

The staff at InShape are amazing! I was on the fence with needing surgery for a knee injury but after working with the therapist at InShape I found out at my follow up with Prisma Orthopedics that I do NOT need surgery!!!! With the new workout techniques, stretches, exercises and heat / ice therapy they were able to get the internal swelling down and keep me from re-injuring the knee. I cannot say enough positive things about them. Scheduling was also very easy and convenient. I am so grateful for their expertise and guidance during my PT. Hopefully I will not need them in the future but in the event that I need PT again for any reason - InShape will be my go-to place!

INSHAPE Physical Therapy and Wellness Center always had a kind friendly approach at each visit. They've always took the time to answer questions. Each and every therapist took the time to make sure they addressed my needs. Also they always encouraging my progress. If I was having a down day they were understanding. My experience with therapy was the best it could possibly have been. I was also impressed with the cleanliness during covid times and how they alway were constantly wiping down the equipment after each use. I had no fear of picking up any kind of virus. I would highly recommend them! If I ever need therapy in the future I will contact INSHAPE Physical Therapy and Wellness Center! In my opinion, they are the BEST! Plus they have a POOL!!!!!☺️☺️

INSHAPE Physical Therapy is fantastic. They helped me recover from a hip injury that I had suffered from for weeks. On my first visit I entered barely able to walk without a walking stick and in great pain. Shelly and her staff were able to quickly relieve some of the pain using several different therapies. Over the next several visits INSHAPE was able to completely relieve my pain and return me to my normal quality of live. The wide variety of treatment options they use is amazing . This is not just your usual exercise and stretch therapy. They are state of the art. Thanks to all the staff that helped in my treatment.

The ladies at InShape are fantastic! Shelley formulated a plan for me after a total knee replacement, Catherine cracked the whip and made me work to get where I needed to be. They combined pool. therapy and on land therapy and exercises to get my mobility as close to normal as possible. These ladies are knowledgable, and not afraid to put the work in to achieve results. Great service, professionalism and Catherine makes pain tolerable and almost fun. I can't thank them enough.

I can't recommend In Shape strongly enough! These ladies prepared me for 2 total knee replacements. They helped me rehab after the first one while getting me ready for the second. I will soon be heading back there to rehab now that the second one is done. My recovery has been great because of them. They truly care about their patients and are so knowledgeable. I feel like I am in great hands with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
