I had an excellent experience with both Allyson and Mounika. Both of them are very knowledgeable and listened to my concern/need very well. I was very comfortable with them and I had good experience. Getting new appointments might take time, so I would recommend to schedule ahead of time.

The team here does a really great job. I’ve been seeing them for the past six months and they’ve really helped me recover from a few injuries. The front office and PT staff both do a really great job. I’m especially fond of the front desk staff who helped work through TRICARE issues and ensure my visits were covered. I’m really glad this is where I get my PT needs taken care of.

**Note about the phone scheduling issue** Summary: use extension 4 instead of 1. I called several times to try and reschedule an appointment, but each time I would be connected they couldn’t hear me and would hang up. After giving up on rescheduling over the phone, I went in-person, and the (super helpful) receptionist told me there is a known issue with central scheduling (extension 1, which I had been repeatedly dialing), but I could select 4 instead to get through to the front desk. Hope this helps other folks running into the same issue!

Horrific, mean, nasty, dreadful, unhelpful scheduling team on phone. No compassion or sympathy. These nasty & dreadful people should not be working at this place where people come to mitigate their pain. Even if you inform them, reach 15 minutes late due to uncontrable circumstances, they will still bill you a huge amount as no show!!! And are NOT bothered that you are suffering.

This is a rating specifically for when calling to book an appointment. There have been multiple times where I call and they cannot hear me and they hang up. I thought it was my phone the first couple of times (different days) that I called, but I realized it is their line because I called using an office line. I recommend this get repaired immediately. We wait on hold for a while before someone gets to us for them to not be able to hear us.

Every PT there is outstanding - got better from multiple surgeries. Front Desk Staff has always been top notch as well!

I've just finished treatment here for an arthritic knee and hip and am very pleased with the care. The facility is clean and all the staff very professional. The receptionists are efficient and courteous. I say this because we read so many reviews where people like their own doctors but complain about the front desk people. Here you have a good experience from the moment you enter. I saw two therapists, Stephanie and John. Both were excellent and the care they provided has enabled me to advance in leg strength and stability, reduce pain, and avoid surgery for now. They are conscientious about listening to their patients and modifying each treatment session accordingly rather than just plowing through their own agendas. Last, but not least, insurance billing is handled efficiently and I never had any problems in that area, unlike at other PT facilities.

The staff is very knowledgeable and works very closely with the patients providing detailed guidance on performing each exercise. One of my therapists had experience training professional athletes and it showed in his extensive knowledge of training programs.
