This place is awesome. My mom broke her hand and she's doing physical therapy here , all the staff are amazing so friendly and the office is so clean . You are using new devices to check in the guest . My mom is so happy with all the ppl here she's doing so good and makes lots of process on her arm . I will definitely recommend this place to everyone who need PT. Keep up the great work.

I hope this helps others. I came here for pelvic floor therapy because it was in network with my insurance company. The machines never worked, and it was virtually impossible to change or cancel appointments because no one answered the phone or responded to messages left on the answer phone. I was disappointed with the level of service. Even though I have one of the best insurance plans on the market, I still ended up paying about $100s out of pocket because Inova charged an astronomical $566 a session (compared to what I had initially been told was about $100 a session).

My story with INOVA Physical Therapy was not positive. I suffered a stress fracture from running, and had some muscular injury also, so the physician suggested doing PT. I was seen by Ton Du three times over a period of 2 weeks. The first time was ok since he was just getting a feeling over my needs. However, my second visit he had me do some leg exercises, with a band that restricted blood flow to my lower legs. The equipment I had never tried, and seemed more difficult and he had me do an exaggerated number of repetitions. I didn’t question it because well – you expect that a PT would do a sound assessment. The result was that I could not fully extend my injured leg a few hours later. My third visit was to temporarily relieve the pain caused during my second visit. The pain came back shortly after that third visit and was present for an additional 3 days after that session (for a total of 5 days), even when walking. It is important to keep in mind that despite my injury, walking was not painful before I started PT. I expected at least pain relieve from my PT sessions, but they did not even help with that. This is unacceptable. I cannot speak for all the therapists at this location, but I would strongly advice anyone to avoid Ton Du, as the plan he came up with poorly took into consideration the nature of my injury.

Two time visitor post hip replacements. Got lucky when I found this place for first hip. Highly trained and personable staff got me through both times, Fun people, great location, and got me functional again.

We have been trying to reach this location for a week and left messages for urgent physical therapy appointment. This is the closest location for us and we are hoping that their office management staff do they job and return call within 24 hours.
