Innovative Therapy Services

My 8 years old has been a client for Innovation Therapy for 2 years. It has been a life changing treatment for both my kiddo and I. The staff is very friendly and the office is well organized. Especially Ms Udie, she truly understands children and is able to form bonds and trust with them to help them learn, even at the most difficult times. They are making steady progress with my little one, and successfully introduced him to his friend! They are having fun together both within and outside of the classroom. The office is not the most modern one, but always very clean and cozy. Every time I dropped my kiddo off, I know he'll be in safe hands and I can really take a moment to breathe (parent of special needs is a 24/7 job). I would recommend to everyone I know.

If I could give zero star, I would. We were given 5 sessions a month by the regional center and they only allowed us 4/month. Once my son turned 3, they did not let us do the makeups. They charge clients different rates. When we were doing private speech with them, I was charged over 160 dollars/40mins and they were charing another client 70 dollars/40mins, they charged Regina Center 90 dollars for 1 hour therapy.They were very aggressive coming to payments and doing makeups. They didn't notify us if our regular therapist could not show up so many times. The owner was so fake and I got the feeling that all she cared was money,

This place wants to name itself as providing services but is incredibly unprofessional. Their workers are hot-headed with no patience. If they don't act like I am worth their time and money, I will not give them my time or money. I would give this place no stars just because of the way the owner spoke to me. Go somewhere else!!!
