Innovative Therapy Group

My son has taken speech therapy from Innovative Therapy for the last two years and OT for one year, and he has made such incredible progress! I feel his therapists genuinely care about him, and my son looks forward to seeing them every week! They communicate with me regularly about his progress (I do not take him into the office - they see him at his school, so they make it a point to keep me posted). I have also had to contact the office staff on a few insurance questions, and they have been quick to respond and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend their services!

Suzanne and Kathleen are such wonderful speech therapists! My child has seen them in both the school setting as well as in office, and he truly enjoys every visit and has improved in leaps and bounds! They have such a heart for kids and go above and beyond for our family. I will also add that I’ve never once felt rushed by this office, which is a rare find with therapy! My son has been receiving speech and occupational therapy for the past two years at Innovative Therapy Group. We have had the pleasure of working with two wonderful therapist both very knowledgeable, patient and sweet. They have worked so hard to help my Autistic son to meet his goals, and to thrive in school. He has surpassed all expectations. I couldn’t be more happy!!!

My son has Down Syndrome. He has been seen at Innovative Therapy for the last 10 years. He has required occupational and speech therapy . The therapists have helped him to meet milestones that we were told he would never meet and to overcome multiple problems. He is thriving today and I fully believe it is due to the therapy he has received. They have also helped me find resources to help him as well. They feel more like family than therapists.

The staff is wonderful and so caring! We have been going here for years and they have been absolutely fabulous every time. They build real relationships with you and your child so you can see growth and development. They are flexible and understanding and with your schedule. They make you feel like their goal and priority is your child and their individual needs. I highly recommend this group for any of their services!

Zalyndia did a “so called” intake with me virtually a month ago. She said she was getting approval from insurance and she would be in touch. I have not heard anything at all from her. She also was supposed to send me her summary, she did not do this. She has done NOTHING and I do NOT want her too at this point and I don’t recommend her. She basically left me and a two year autistic little boy in the dark. Very unprofessional and rude to say the least, smh When I called and let the front desk know what happened she couldn’t find my grandson in her system she said and all she did was “note” how we were done by the therapist. This place is very unorganized and just plain HORRIBLE

My son is making great progress since starting speech therapy here. He is happy to go every week and his therapist is kind and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Innovative Therapy!

I have twins and both have had Zalyndia as their their therapist. She is kind, challenging and really has helped them learn to not only speak clearer on command, but incorporate it into their daily lives. So thankful for her hard work and how accommodating she is!
