I cannot say enough amazing things about this therapy center! My daughter has done 5 intensive therapy sessions here so far and makes huge progress every single time! Because of the knowledgeable therapists, inviting environments, and adaptive equipment, Addison has made amazing progress! She continues to need less and less supports each time, the therapists have learned what motivates her, and continue to challenge her every single day! They patiently work with her specific needs, continually adapt activities based on her mood/motivation, and genuinely care about her as a person! We love Innovative Suit Therapy!

My son has been a patient here for 9 years. We live about an hour from this clinic , but it is so worth the trip! The Thera suit has helped my son tremendously with his core muscles. He is able to breathe deeply and cough forcefully, neither of which he could do before starting this therapy. The bungee system they use also helps him stand to put weight through his legs and hips. The team of therapists there are awesome to work with! They always do their best to accommodate our needs and sensory issues. We are so thankful for this clinic and all of the team there!

I have known Melissa, the owner since 2014. I have worked alongside her for many years and have seen firsthand how dedicated she is to her patients and our community. Her clinic is always clean and presents a professional yet family friendly environment. I have personally sent my daughter here for occupational therapy and was very pleased with services. I would recommend Innovative Suit Therapy to anyone seeking expertise or treatment in the areas of physical and occupational therapy!

This was not the professional environment I had expected for Occupational Therapy. I had expected to seek out OT for functional skills and had been greeted with an overwhelming and poorly defined environment and lack of professionalism from the employees. There was no space for one on one attention without an excessive amount of activity and noise going on around. We bounced around from area to area, people were going in and out constantly, you could hear everyone's conversations and they expected curtains to contain a child. Therapists had been gossiping about parents while massaging a client right next to us, even the therapist working with my son chuckled in on the conversations they had. Their "experienced" therapist had a lack of knowledge on the tasks that were expected of the session. My child was overstimulated by the environment and started going all over the place, because there's no boundaries and clearly defined work spaces. The remainder of the session was "redirection" to a small cage-like enclosed space, at that point I was done and we left early. I spoke with the owner Melissa, and she became defensive about everything I had explained. At that point it was clear that this is not a professional establishment and I am keen on finding professional services elsewhere. Therapy for special needs has specific environments that are required for successful sessions and this establishment does not meet those standards, let alone the lack of professionalism amongst employees and management. If you are seeking services for special needs, I recommend you find services elsewhere. This was not my first experience with OT and this establishment was well below the bar on previous experiences.
