Innovative Physical Therapy

If you are ever in need of a physical therapist definitely reach out to this place. I had a sports injury and pre existing back pain and Aaron helped me feel like I have a brand new back in just two visits!! He was able to identify the issue immediately and knew exactly how to help me. I couldn’t even walk by myself due to excruciating lower back pain and I was able to walk out of the clinic all by myself from the first visit. He helped me put my pelvis back into place and align my spine and also taught me exercises for my specific problem. I feel great, praise God!

I was dealing with pain in my hip and lower back for 6+months. I tried many options and finally landed on Innovative Therapy. Taylor helped me get back on track and pain free after 2-4 weeks. I really appreciate his work and he explained things in a simple manner that could be understood. I’d recommend Taylor and IPT to whoever isn’t seeing progress with whatever pain they are facing. I’m back to golf and very happy, five out of five stars.

I am a 66 year old tennis professional. I teach 20 to 25 hours a week and have been competing and winning in national 65 and over tennis tournaments. I probably should of had knee replacement surgery 3 years ago. In 2019 I was on the verge of retiring from teaching and playing due to knee and back pain. I had been to multiple Doctors and different Physical Therapists trying to get better but wasn't having much success and was actually getting worse. One of my clients recommended I see Aaron. Aaron's knowledge, hands and elbows got me back in the game. He added a full year to my ability to continue teaching and playing. I am now at the point where I require knee replacement surgery. Aaron and his staff have me in the best prehab shape possible for my upcoming surgery. Also, they have prepared me well for my upcoming knee rehabilitation at Innovative. Peace of mind knowing I am in great hands. With Aaron's help I am looking forward to getting back on the court and competing pain free. Can't wait!!

Aaron is absolutely incredible. I first went with a sports injury and he helped with my PT but then continued to go back regularly for life stuff. He is much better than a chiropractor because he not only realigns but works the muscles that tighten up around the pain points as well. I can go in there stiff and not walking correctly and walk out feeling like a brand new person!

Aaron and staff are amazing! They are beyond kind and supportive but most importantly they are superb at their jobs! Whether you have an injury, a constant pain or a new ache, they are what is missing from your healing! Not only will they work on you to help you heal, they will educate you so you can help yourself heal and prevent future injuries. Over the past few years Taylor has helped my daughter recover from a concussion and hurt food (which the ortho said he didn’t know what was wrong with) and Aaron has healed my husband’s frozen shoulder and my achy hip. I highly recommend them!
