Dr. Weiner listens! He hears what you say, weighs the MRI and x-ray info and talks to you about all possible plans, gives his recommendation, and helps you make an informed decision. He is very patient, kind, caring, and professional. Best Dr ever! If you have to wait, it's because he is giving his all to the previous patient and will do the same for you.

I have been under the care of Dr. Weiner since approximately 2015, during which time I have undergone at least three radiofrequency ablations. I returned to the office in October of this year for another such procedure. However, despite my history of having these procedures performed on my lower left back, the intake technician concluded that I needed it done elsewhere. This was later contradicted by an MRI and a follow-up appointment, where Dr. Weiner determined that a repeat radio frequency procedure on the lower left back was necessary. Regrettably, a staff member who was supposed to correct the intake technician’s error and secure approval for the lower left back radio frequency from the insurance company failed to do so. Consequently, on the day of the procedure, the orders were to perform a diagnostic nerve block on the right lower back to locate the target nerve, despite all previous radiofrequency ablations having been performed on my lower left back. According to my insurance policy, the diagnostic nerve block was unnecessary as long as the previous radio frequency was performed within a three-year window. The physician could perform the procedure according to the parameters of the previous procedure. This represents negligence on multiple levels, as Dr. Weiner overlooked the incompetence of the intake technician and disregarded his previous notes on procedures in my chart, which detailed the procedure done, again, in Scottsdale, Arizona, in December of 2021. On the day of the procedure, a nurse preparing my IV for surgery mentioned that frequent miscommunications between office personnel, doctors, and nurses had led to cancellations of procedures that she had witnessed. This level of incompetence, from office personnel to the owner, CEO, and doctor in charge, has resulted in multiple instances of misdiagnosis, potentially leading unsuspecting patients to undergo unnecessary and dangerous procedures. In light of these experiences, Dr. Weiner should be held accountable by the medical agency overseeing pain management doctors. His actions and the actions of his staff represent a danger to the community he is supposed to serve. I urge the medical board to take these matters seriously, as they directly impact the health and well-being of patients. We must hold healthcare providers to the highest standards to ensure the safety of all patients.

I can’t thank Dr.Weiner enough for taking the time to listen and truly care about my pain. He took the time that none of the 3 doctors before him did he figured out what was causing my pain. (7 days a week) I went in about three weeks ago from doing nothing at a constant pain level of 3-4. When trying to get normal everypday things done the pain would be 6-8.? After my facet joint injections, I am pretty close to being pain free. Something I was told May never happen. Another words live with the pain!! I’m thankful for a doctor who wants to help and figure out a solution. Dr. Weiner is a doctor who takes pride in his work and is very kind. His staff is very helpful, friendly and kind also. 5 stars isn’t enough Very grateful and thankful for such quality care ♥️

My experiences have been consistently been positive. The receptionist Jessica has the toughest job, yet is consistently professional and helpful. Connie, the MA has always been professional, kind and respectful. She is a dear sweet woman. Tom the PA is always on time with his appointments, thorough and reviews your situation and care plan to ensure we both are clear. He has the best touch with giving trigger point injections. His explanations and techniques are the best. Dr Weiner in the procedure room is always kind and reassuring. He is such a nice and caring man.

Dr. Wiener is amazing. I’ve been a patient at this office since 2018. Everyone is very kind and is genuinely interested in providing excellent patient care. Since I have been a patient for so long I have had the pleasure of seeing Frank Harold (Tom) PA, he is so knowledgeable and very kind. Great bedside mannerisms and very thorough. I love love Sandy Ahearn NP, and she is an absolute JOY. I always look forward to my appointments because of her kindness and she genuinely cares about her patients well being in all aspects. As a healthcare professional myself, I know quality healthcare and this office has it. I have recommended several family members, friends and patients of mine. Dr. Weiner has magical hands And he knows exactly where to inject! I’ve had several injections by him and I’ve walked into the office in severe pain and left feeling like I can run for miles! Frank PA does ultrasound guided injections as well and he has done some on me and it was painless and I had pain relief for 3 weeks! Every time Sandy NP gives me a injection I don’t even feel it. I have been seeing Dr. Weiner for 15 yrs. He is one of the kindness doctors I've ever had. He takes his time with his patients, unlike other doctors. Dr. Weiner actually cares.

I have been with innovated pain treatment for many years. I am pleased to say that all of the staff are very professional and very pleasant in their treatment of patient care. I have never had any difficulty with any of the employees or any of the treatment plans. Thank you. When it comes to innovated pain treatment I always get the best treatment. I really believe that all of the staff including Dr Weiner truly care about me I know very much concerned with how I feel. I can't see myself going elsewhere.
