I went to my 1st appt and it went great, I got an injection in my shoulder and that went great. I had a follow up call and that went great. After the followup call, I was supposed to get a second injection and a pain cream prescription but no one ever followed up. I left two messages and no call back. I am still in pain amd don't want to call a 3rd time. I have to start all over with a new pain doctor. Thanks for ignoring me I feel really taken care of.

I originally met with Dr. Hadadd and she was incredible! Not only do you feel heard but you can tell she truly cares. I now see her PA-C, Victoria Carpenter and I love seeing her every month because she's so helpful. I'm doing better than I have in a while. I would recommend these women to anyone I know! Thank you guys for being amazing!

Front office need a little more customer service training , not very nice to patients, not only to me but i was Listening how they treat other patients, disrespectful

Dr. Haddad gave me 2 separate injections for diagnostic purposes. She was professional, helpful and clearly explained the procedures. The results will now enable me to get much needed surgery. She also has a very good beside manner with patients! She is absolutely a valuable asset to Valley Pain and the medical community.

I like coming to this facility because everyone kind and caring. Also Ms. Nancy makes sure that your concerns are addressed immediately! Plus Dr. Victoria is very thoughtful and thorough with your health needs and concerns. I wish I could think of the other staff names at this time. But everyone in the office are awesome! Thank for all you do.

I like the transparency exhibited with the doctors. I do not mind the drug tests. They are a part of life that I have to deal with. By the same token, the doctors are thorough and excellent at making sure my meds are readily avaliable and do not hesitate to ask the correct questions.

Always have been very good to me I think everybody else also that is in the office whenever I'm there. Never heard anything bad or even close to that, from any of the other patients in the office. So that's it real good. I do appreciate the timeliness and my doctors care and his helping me to stay on track. Not sure but I think I might not be able to go to work if not for this group and especially this doctor

Very nice group of employees. MD Veronica very patience, considerate wants the best outcome for her patients. Very listening makes sure she is answering all questions drom patient. Overall ive been with Pain Management for over 8yrs. Awesome place.
