Innovate Physical Therapy (formerly Hillcrest Physical Therapy)

We absolutely love coming to Innovate for my son's continuous therapies. He receives physical and occupational therapies because of his cerebral palsy. Everyone here makes his sessions fun and engaging for him no matter how hard the work may seem. He really enjoys his time here. He gets to visit with his therapists and enjoys his time here. All of the ladies we work with, Jen, Loretta, Sara, Kathy and Steph are so nice. They offer ideas to continue with a few exercises at home in between visits. They all joke around with each other and keep his mood up even when the exercises are more difficult. Abby at the front desk is so great to work with when it comes to scheduling. Everyone is so nice. It's like visiting extended family and friends when we come in every week. Everyone here is just so nice and fun to be around.

Nice and friendly environment, employees who are willing to assist and do it great and explain everything clear. I worked with Jenifer Johnson with my pelfic floor muscles. This experience was valuable as I started to feel better and inspired to add more exercises. Jen explained everything clear, answered all the questions, gave useful recommendations. She was very attentive to everything I said. She is a qualified professional who knows the job and personalizes the treatment plan. With her guidance and my work we achieved the goal set at the first meeting. And the benefit was a T-shirt as an award. I recommend Innovate Physical Therapy.

All the therapists & techs are so encouraging and fun! They did a fantastic job helping my parents get stronger and improve their posture & balance. I feel much more confident in their ability to remain in their own home & get around safely while alone. They set them up with continuing programs to work on their own to continue their progress independently. Really wonderful place & people!!

I was at Innovate Physical Therapy for several physical therapy session over the last couple of months. I was impressed. The facility is neat, clean, well equipped and well located within Bellevue. The staff is well trained, kind, thoughtful caring and document their efforts with their patients. Should I or anyone I know need physical therapy in the future, it will be back here.

I came to Innovate PT for treatment after a herniated disc in my neck. My physical therapist Jen was so knowledgeable and kind. Everyone I worked with was committed to my recovery, and I truly appreciate my experience as a patient. The team kept my doctor up to date as my treatment progressed, and I “graduated” today feeling and moving so much better. Amazing service and friendly staff. My therapist truly helped alleviate my pain, understand the cause of my pain, and strengthen my muscles to prevent future injury.
