Christina is a fantastic physical therapist. She is caring and compassionate and a great listener. She is also super talented in making you feel better in each session and is very dynamic - always thinking of ways to improve your body in each session in a different way if needed. I feel very lucky to be a patient here 🍀

Christina and Travis are an amazing people!!! I had hip surgery in September and the amount of physical therapy she did vs my hospital was way better her first 2 visits were more beneficial then the 20 I had with UCHealth. Travis is a great trainer and has helped me strengthen my hip. It’s been 4 months and I’m already back to it! They are all around amazing people!!!

Christina is the greatest physical therapist there is. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. I saw her earlier this year for a SLAP tear in my shoulder. There was a possibility of surgery and I got lucky to not need it. I feel like the work I did with Christina helped to save me from surgery. I am seeing her again now after having lower back surgery. The progress I’ve seen since starting with her is incredible. She is insanely knowledgeable and inspiring. She is making my recovery easier than I ever could’ve imagined. Having one on one focused sessions is so much better than going to a large PT place with a bunch of trainers and a bunch of other people around. The focus she gives allows for such amazing work and progress. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Christina for making me so excited to recover and get back on my feet. I am so grateful to have found her. Innovate physical therapy is easily rated 15/10 in my mind. That’s how incredible she is. You will not regret going to Christina.

Christina was the second PT I saw this year due to a knee injury. Unlike the first PT that I saw (at a different location), she actually listened to my concerns, walked me through everything that we did, and truly helped my knee heal fairly quickly! When I went in, I had basically lost a lot of my hamstring muscles and my kneecap was still swollen, and, within less than a month, she got me back on track! I definitely recommend her!

The personnel are very friendly, knowledgeable and excellent with the therapy! Erica was able to help me get backwith out any additional shots from a Dr. and keep me playing my favorite sports and active with my daily workouts. When I needed to reschedule an appointment for weather or other conflicts, they were very flexible and worked with my schedule without any cancellation or change fees!! I highly recommend Innovative Physical Therapy.

Back pain? Needing Physical Therapy? Insurance accepted? YES, YES and YES! Erica and The rest of this crew know exactly how to help you! I have been coming for months and the treatment along with stretching they prescribe is the best you will find! So grateful for Erica and Christina. They have helped relieve my lower back pain. Highly recommend.

Christina is phenomenal! She saved me from having to have surgery on my foot so I can not ever thank her enough. She is great to work with, very accommodating to changing schedules and really knows what she is doing. I cannot recommend her enough!

Christina helped me with my second knee replacement, and the experience with her was much more positive and moved to full use of the knee much faster - by months - than previous knee replacement therapy at a large clinic. I would highly recommend Innovate, and have!
