I own a small chiropractor office. I signed up thinking they would help with referrals. The guys came and promised me the world. But in reality, they are just a referring company. They get patient information from law firms and then distribute it however they want. After I discontinued them everything stopped, their business model is to market your business to the law firm. But in reality, they are marketing themselves. There are other legit companies out there that actually do what they say they do. I now switched and I am very happy. Beware before signing up with them you'll lose your money.
