Dr. Mentoring and his associates are all knowledgeable, caring, and invested in making sure you get the best outcome possible. The physical therapists listen to your concerns and work out a care plan and explain the exercises to help you maximize your recovery in as timely a manner as possible. The office staff is always courteous, thoughtful, and kind and are happy to help you find the best appointment times and work with you when you need to make changes. The massage therapist, just as all the staff listens to and works with you so that you can get maximum benefit from your therapy sessions. The Dr. and all the staff here are always considerate, caring, and invested in making your visits as comfortable and productive as possible.

I received excellent care an compassion from all staff during my recovery from my injury. The front office ladies are all lovely and personable people. Dr. Tentorri was entirely transparent and professional while being very personable during my care. My physical therapist Shelby is one of the nicest people I've met, while being one the best physical therapist I've worked with. Overall, my experience there was excellent. I was always looking forward to my appointments even though it could be painful.

Dr Ericson is not a safe or trustworthy person let alone medical professional. He does not care and has the worst bedside manner of any medical professional I’ve come across. He is nothing short of a scam artist. Not only was Ericson incredibly rude during my visit, but also RACIST. From the very beginning, he was extremely unprofessional attempting to get an angry reaction out of me, never once introducing himself, and all but calling me a liar dismissing my pain and symptoms. I speak English fluently although with a bit of an accent. As an excuse he claimed miscommunication, talking down to me when I didn’t need an interpreter, refusing to continue the visit without an interpreter.

After an unexpected work injury, my employer sent me here for assessment & care. For the past 11 months, the team here showed compassion, respect & consideration while i was in their care. I received chiropractic & PT sessions regularly to help ease pain and met with drs monthly to assess progress. I was well taken care of, never felt judged for any temporary inabilities i was experiencing and was listened to prior to the start of each PT session to ensure my exercises helped with my condition while allowing me to get stronger at a pace that permitted healing. I can't recommend this place enough based on my experience.

I have had the best experience at ICA. Their entire staff is absolutely fabulous. I can’t say how lucky I was in the care of Dr. Tentori. He is a great and caring Dr. The PT and MT have helped so much in my progress to feeling better physically. The receptions are so friendly and supportive with getting appointments and check ins done. Jo Anna is the kindest. Office Manager Amalin is also the kindest and most helpful. The nurses are always great working with me. I am truly lucky to be a patient at ICA.

I came to the clinic for pre-hire work to be done, and was meet with a great deal of professionalism as well welcoming individuals both at the front desk and in the examination rooms. The offices are very clean and easy to maneuver. Chantelle, hope I spelled her name right, was very nice, and did a great job leading me through the procedures. Best clinic I've been to in Denver, and conveniently located! Thanks, ICA!

My experience here was excellent. Everyone was very professional, kind, and warm in their treatment, as well as willing to help out in whatever way they could. Despite my painful injury, I am grateful to have met all the wonderful staff because they provided a fantastic service. I am grateful because I truly feel better now. The medical and administrative staff, as well as my wonderful interpeters, not only did their professional job: I was also touched by them as people. I'd like to thank chiropractor Michael Varnay, message therapist Bruce Bennett, and physiotherapist Kelsey for their patience and excellent work on my spine !!! As well as Joanna, Jackie, Amalin Parra, Maida, and all the staff !!! 🥰🥰🥰
