Only one star because zero is not an option. The doctor is insensitive with bed side manner of a cactus. The insurance company is apparently paying him well to blow people off but no good will come of this. To purposely misdiagnose patients is deceptive and disgraceful. I will be reporting him! The facility is disgusting. I didn't want to touch anything in there. The lady at the front desk was unpleasant but Miss Jackie is the MVP. She was professional and friendly. The building should be condemned, the doctor stripped pf his license and the infirmary health name removed. They are not worthy of the name.

Dr. Hamilton only cares for the insurance co., not for the patients. One week I am not able to work and after the mri comes back, he decides that the torn meniscus in my knee is because I am old. I was working my job with no problems then while working my knee popped and was very painful and swollen, 15 minutes earlier it was fine but now I an not bend my knee. This hypocrite vowed to do no harm as a doctor but now has sold out for money, avoid him as much as possible. He should be ashamed of himself

Been here for 3 hours and have yet to be seen for a simple physical and tb skin test reading. The room they put me in has mold all over the ceiling and the bathrooms are overflowing with nasty backed up water! The staff is uncaring and just sit around and do nothing! Shut this place down!!!

Completely disrespectful staff and doctor! Completely indifferent to patient needs, I stated I can’t do an observed pee test. I tried anyway, While I understand they are just following what my company wants me to do, it’s the fact that both the nurse and the doctor started chuckling and laughing at me when I’m trying to explain that I’m a survivor of a particularly traumatic incident I don’t want to talk about publicly. The staff is very insensitive, and I have zero faith that they take any patient concern seriously. I would not send my workers here if I were an employer, nor would I be comfortable being treated here myself.

Staff is nice, doctor seamed ok,pretty fast at getting you in and at. The drug test lady was nice and didn't get aggravated when I couldn't pee. Other places I've been seamed to get mad cause I always takes me awhile to pee. Tiffany is really kind and fast and actually listened to me.

My family of 4 went to this location to have vaccines for our trip to Africa. The staff was so helpful, professional and caring!! The nurse that gave us our shots was the BEST! She definitely knew what she was doing. We went at 7:30 am and, after filling out the paperwork, the wait time was very short! Need vaccinations? Go here!! You will be super pleased!

One of the shadiest experiences I have had. Went here for pre-employment drug screening, for working for the City of Mobile. The staff was fairly unhelpful and the office was extremely old and outdated. The doctor was also somewhat....odd and seemed uncaring if he did his job well or not. If you have the choice, I recommend somewhere else to get screened.
