My introduction to the Intensity electrotherapy device today prior to my upcoming knee replacement surgery was awesome! Daniela was very efficient, knowledgeable, and gave thorough and easy to understand directions. She gladly accommodated the doctors appointments I was juggling to get me in to her office. She answered all my many questions and made great suggestions. She provided contact information if I had any questions or needed help. I left feeling relaxed and confident in the upcoming surgery and my recovery. Great experience! Thank you!

Daniela was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained what I needed to know about how to use the equipment and answered all my questions in an easily understandable manner.
