The kid with the glasses went on a power trip, I stated that it wasn’t right and that I was upset, the kid went as far as threatening to refuse service after I mentioned he should advise other patients on the phone before coming in to bring a mask all I was trying to do was help for future reference! Unprofessional and need to be fired

Dr. Arbenz has a great bedside manner. You walk in and no matter what he will make you feel better, and get that positivity going for you. The assurance and treatment plan set up, labs, imaging, Rx, vitamins, supplements, all helps you on your road to recovery.

RUDE STAFF. SEEMS THE JOB IS MISERABLE.. We come in sick and just by stopping by for some care. The attitudes make you feel worse. 2 hour wait with 3 pts ahead of me!! Smh!!

I love this place the staff is very nice Dr. Arbenz is such a great Dr. Wonderful attitude always comforting answers all questions gives you all the attention never cuts off and disregards any concern you might have. I LOVE this place all in all a five star and beyond😎😎😎😎

Horrible place, rude staff. I am from out of state and was referred here by Humana since I didn’t know where to go. I walked in at 3:05 and was rudely told that they could not see me because they stop accepting patients at 3:00pm, although they are open till 5pm. I told them that my insurance company referred me to them and that I was from out of state and didn’t know where to go. The young lady didn’t care and couldn’t refer me anywhere else. The place looked kind of sleezy.

The doctor was really nice and caring and the staff were really friendly as well. They have made a lot of positive changes, like new staff and new interior upgrades. It looks a LOT better than how it used to look.

Basically didn’t wait at all, walk ins welcomed. Dr. comes in with a nurse getting straight to the point, very friendly environment, reception was kind too. 👏🏽 In and out situation
