I highly recommend Individualized Quality Therapy. Sydney has a masters knowledge of occupational therapy while understanding the human element of the injuries as well. She did an excellent job of explaining and teaching. She is very nice and funny and a pleasure to be around. I will be forever grateful for how she helped me! Her staff was great as well. Very accommodating with scheduling too. You could not pick a better occupational therapist!!

So blessed to receive the best care I could ask for here. The staff at individualized quality therapy are very intelligent and caring. They gave me my life back after having a nerve injury to my dominant arm. I can now do everything and then some after receiving care here. 🥰❤️ 1000/10 recommend!

When I first arrived at Therapy I had little or no movement in my hand and left shoulder, But now that they have worked on my shoulder it's shocking to me because I had no movement only pain the Therapist's that work there are very very good and I will recommend them to to my family and friends anytime..

When I initially dislocated my elbow I had multiple professional opinions about never being able to get full range of motion again. I was devastated until I came to Individualized Quality Therapy. With the help of Sydney Saban I was able to over achieve on all my goals I had set for myself with my injury. Sydney was very attentive and helpful in getting me the best exercises to get me back to 110%! Sydney and Jobi are very professional and personable, it was easy doing the work while also having some fun and great conversation. Would definitely recommend Individualized Quality Therapy to anyone who finds themselves needing Occupational Therapy!

I was referred to Individualized Quality Therapy for my hand after fracturing my wrist and then for inflammation and arthritis in my shoulder. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Sydney and her staff are knowledgeable, caring and patient. I now have many tools to continue improving my range of motion and staying active. I went to Jobi and Sydney after having surgery for Dupuytren’s contracture on my hand. After about 8 weeks of therapy, I have full use of my left hand for the first time in 6 years. They are both very skilled, professional and knowledgeable and they actually made therapy fun. I highly recommend them.

Sydney and the providers at IQT were extremely knowledgeable and helpful for OT. I had recent surgery and they were beneficial in my recovery.
