Individual Physical Therapy

I have been going to this facility off and on for the past 2 years. No matter what my problem was the staff has always been extremely attentive to my needs and worked with me to help correct my issue and ease my pain. Each and every member of this Physical Therapy Center gives you their undivided attention during your session. I have been to other facilities where the therapist is leaving me and attending 2 or 3 other patients. They don’t do that here. When they say “Individual Therapy” they mean it. I applaud their knowledge and dedication to their patients. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a Physical Therapist. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just began seeing Mike at the Westfield location, and right from the beginning I was impressed. His knowledge, professionalism and insight was exactly what I was looking for to help me understand my pain issues and how to work on getting back to 100%. Jay and Kate really know how to pick great therapists and run a top notch organization. I highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.

Love ALL the therapists at Individual PT! They truly focus on you and only YOU during your entire session. They are all extremely knowledgeable and help you feel better as soon as possible. If have any sort of injury or need I reccomend sitting down with one of them. The hardest part is that they're so awesome they're SO BOOKED. At the end of the day though I've always gotten an appointment. Plus, have you seen their awesome window art?! 🪟

I’ve been working with Kate at Individual PT for almost a year, and the experience has been exceptional from day one. While Kate is my primary treating PT, I have seen all others in the office for sporadic visits throughout my treatment. I have been treated by a number of physical therapy services over the years and I can say, without a doubt, that Individual Physical Therapy has been the best of the bunch. Unlike most places where the PT is treating 2-5 patients at the same time, the treatment at Individual PT is one-on-one. This treatment approach has made all the difference in my recovery! The PTs and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in their profession and patients. On top of that, I have not had one issue with scheduling or billing, which is truly remarkable given the healthcare climate these days.

I am a spine surgeon. Six months ago I had a spine surgery myself. I found myself on the other side of the knife. After surgery, I didnt do well, I wore a brace, I walked with a cane, I couldn't walk straight. I couldn't lift my baby. I couldn't take the trash out. I could not do anything to help my wife around the house. I came to Individual PT hopeless, and literally at the end of my rope. From the first visit Jay gave me hope. We have been working together for nearly three months. He and his wife Kate are the sweetest and kindest people. They are also so good at what they do. My life has been restored. I avoided a second surgery. All I wanted was to walk without pain and play with my boy. Jay restored my life. I praise G-d for him. To all of you, out there, if you need help, don't ever give up. If you need PT, go see them.

I had knee replacement surgery in January, been going to PT for three month. Whenever I went I saw the same person , Seide, which is why I went there. While I was looking for a place , I heard from some people about individual, so I gave it a try. I was NOT disappointed. Seide was very knowledgeable to my situation and helped me tremendously from day one. Whenever I left there I felt great. I highly recommend this place.

My life has improved due to the wonderful therapy I’m getting. Jay is helping me to feel better both physically and mentally. Jay and his staff are friendly and fun to work with. The individual attention to every detail is better than expected.
