I am very disappointed with the short interactions that we have had with Indigo Therapy. We received a call stating that a spot was available for our child, which we accepted. We scheduled the evaluation and a few days prior to our child’s evaluation, they canceled, stating they could no longer hold our child’s spot. They gave no explanation in the message they left. I recommend avoiding this place in order to prevent wasted time.

My son has been going here for over a year for speech and OT, he’s made such an improvement in all areas we have worked on! The crew is very nice and outgoing. Susan has been the best with him for speech and very understanding we couldn’t have asked for a better place for my son.

My child has been seeing Lorena at Indigo Therapy for years. She has been amazing in working with my child and helping me navigate how to support them at home and at school. We are very lucky to have her as a therapist! The front desk personnel have always been friendly and helpful.

Two of my sons have received OT services from Indigo Therapy. Everyone, from the front desk, to the therapists, to the owners have been professional and kind. We had a billing issue with our insurance company and the staff could not have been more accommodating or professional as insurance worked to correct the mistake. Our one year old made very quick progress and I appreciated the clear communication as far as goals. Miss Liz was incredible with him. Our four year old looks forward to his appointment each week with Mr Don. This is a very well managed practice and our family is thankful for the excellence with which they serve their patience and families.

Our experience with Indigo was not was I was hoping for when I signed my 5 year old daughter up for speech therapy. We had no issues with her therapist but the lack of communication is what led me to pulling my child out of services. I understand there is an attendance policy but when I go a whole month without seeing her speech therapist (we rescheduled with a another therapist one week and another week her therapist was sick, we couldnt reschedule the other weeks due to MY work schedule) and then her last visit I was told that if her attendance did not improve she would be discharged. Again I understand attendance policies but there was no concern from the front staff when we couldn't reschedule and it would have been nice to get a call from someone instead of not being told for a month about this. My child isn't a percentage and shouldn't be discharged so carelessly. On top of that there are 'prize days' and not once was my daughter offered this. If this had anything to do with her attendance, that is a sad excuse.

We have been bringing our son who has trouble with his speech here to indigo therapy for some time now. Our son has made leaps and bounds with the help of the wonderful staff here. The staff here is so helpful. I would like to give a great big shout out to Ms. Susan and Mr. Don for everything they have done to help our son. If anyone is looking for a great place for help with their children this is the place to be.

My son has been going here since he was about 5 years old & he is 11 now! He has grown so much with his therapy because he was having sensory problems. The schools & daycare just thought that he was misbehaving & acting out. But thanks to indigo therapy my son has improved so much and has gotten the help he needs and has learned so much because of them. My son loves his therapist! All the therapists and staff are amazing and are very kind and always give 110% of their effort. They’re extremely caring to the children and parents that they have to work with. I’m glad I brought my son here because he’s become a much better person and has learned so much from everyone here.
