Indian Canyon Post Acute Care Center

Just wanted to share that .I was a resident there for three months and the stay was very helpful in my recovery. There physical therapy department was awesome. Nursing was was great. My favorite one's were, Susie, she was so awesome Very professional ,kind to me. Then Tony was the same. Night Nursing was Mariea .she was awesome . Then Rebecca also awesome.Cnas was summer and Gina.they always anerwed my call light and met my needs immediately Sumner could run circles around all of them. This is a cna myself of 18 years .

Disgusting!!! I wouldn't leave my dog there. Please if you have a loved one there get them out immediately. It smells horrible and isn't sanitary. My father fell and the nurses never put it in his report and tried to cover it up. We are going to report them to the state because it's not acceptable for anyone you love.

I visited a friend here recently and was excited to see the many positive changes at the facility under their new management. The staff was kind and caring, the facility was clean, and my friend was very happy with the nurses and therapists.

Great facility, staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. The Facility is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this facility to all my friends and family.

Now that it’s under new management, there are lots of great changes. Rehab gym got upgraded. Caring and attentive staff!

I have worked at facility since 2018 I have seen amazing changes with. We ownership, feel Free to schedule a tour with lots of remodeling going on

This place used to be yucca valley nursing & rehab. They changed the name but haven't changed anything else. If you really want an accurate view of this place then look up the old name.
