IPT is great. The facility is clean and organized. Staff is polite and friendly. My therapist Grace has been wonderful. She checks in during each visit. She wants to know how things are progressing, and continues to change things up helping me recover from the fall I took. I will miss her!!!

To say I am very happy with this place for PT, would be a gross under statement. I tried a different place first, but left. These Physical Therapists are very knowledgeable and fully attentive. I am grateful for the progress I can make here. Thank you.

Arriving to Katie with bursitis that was very painful, Katie had me going through exercises to relieve the pain and build up my strength in hip and legs. Katie is devoted to her clients, easy to talk to and very helpful with suggestions. I am walking away today after ten sessions pain free. Thank you Katie.

I've been doing PT here for 6 months now, five of those have been in the pool. All three of the pool physical therapists are amazing, and know exactly how far to push you while letting your body get stronger without further injuring yourself. If I'm in more pain than usual on a PT day, they know to not push my therapy as hard. I love going and highly recommend them.

The staff here is amazing. From entering the facility, the receptionist, support staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The therapists are caring, and offer tips for everyday living and issues; not only that, they really know what they are doing. My only complaint is that it is hard to get in because of the demand for excellence which they provide. This area of the state is lacking for good services, Aquatic therapy which is perplexing because there is a Naval Base with a clinic, Electric Boat, a college... all paying customers with insurance. Thank you, IPT!

Absolutely fantastic place for physical therapy. Each session lasts an hour, and Heather and Shannon were wonderful, as was Pracheta. They gave encouragement and helpful suggestions to continue to maintain my improvement. Pain is gone and I am back to all my former activities plus additional ones! Thank you guys!

Everyone (Office Staff, Therapists and Techs) is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! A very comfortable environment with all-around next level care, my only regret is that I didn’t come to IPT sooner. There are no surprises, a folder with a Welcome Letter from the Owner, helpful information for staying healthy and avoiding accidents, and billing and copay/coinsurance information is provided at the first visit. My Therapist, Katie, was an invaluable source in my Postop Recovery. Katie was patient, yet encouraging and inspiring, she pushed me to push myself. Katie was sympathetic to my need to expedite completion of my care and made appointment times that fit my schedule and gave helpful tips for home exercises to allow me to attain my goals more quickly.
