Holly, In Touch Therapy, in Fairbanks, for me is the best therapist for my muscles and bones, I have arthritis and had already 6 surgeries, including 2 shoulder replacements , 2 back surgeries. My hips started being very painful since a year. She has a deep knowledge, about what she is doing, stretching, deep tissue massage, working on pressure points. She is well informed about what’s new and takes several classes to be on point with her work. She is very patient and motivated to get you going again. Just went there 3 times and already felt so much better. On side she informs you what you can do better in your lifestyle..etc. I recommend her to everyone.
