I don’t recommend this facility for physical therapy. The initial evaluation was subpar for what you would expect from a PT. The therapist was not knowledgeable on alternative exercises during the session to try to engage the muscles appropriately. As I was leaving, I received a paper with alternative exercises, which we could have done during the session. Overall, the therapist wasn’t pleasant and didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work today. There was a thin old pillow case applied over the ice pack, instead of a towel, so you pretty much have an ice pack directly against your skin. Honestly, you could google these exercises, and get the same results. Would recommend looking elsewhere in town for physical therapy.

Friendly and accommodating staff always open to working with my crazy schedule. Really a treat to work with. PT exercises are kinda of one dimensional but hey, they work and that's all that really matters!

This was my favorite place to go for physical therapy. I was very happy going to In-Stride for all my therapy needs. However, they no longer accept medicare. They need to correct this advertisement to reflect that.

Awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Clients are kept at the safe Covid guide lines. I would highly recommend this facility for PT.
