I felt like the staff treated me utterly dismissively. I wasn't heard, one practitioner interrupted me constantly when I was trying to explain what I was experiencing physically, and was belittling and even mocked me. At the end of the day, 8 visits left me feeling like I wasted my time and money and am in every bit as much pain as when I started. I will never go back.

My hand surgeon sent me over to see Emily and they got me right in, the same day. From the moment you pull up you are warmly and efficiently greeted by an extraordinary staff. The facility is modern, spotless and comfortable. Emily clearly loves her career and is always so pleasant to work with. We are so lucky to have such a to notch therapy option in town.
Helped out one of my patients in a pinch that needed a recasting for a broken bone. The patient had nothing but goodness to share about the level of professionalism and expertise. Thank you for helping both of us and creating a reliable referral for my clinical practice.
Hands down the best place to go for PT. The staff is friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Rich, very knowledgeable and professional. He always gets me fixed up and feeling great!
Great staff from Rebecca at the front door to all the therapist I have dealt with. I always feel like they are genuinely interested in my well being and care about me as a person. Highly recommend them.
They have good therapist but do not return calls and they schedule appointments without consulting you.
Unfortunately (?) I’ve had to be a client for several different things through the years. (Who really wants to be injured enough for PT?) Julia is my favorite therapist though. Tesse is also great. Every therapist I’ve ever had has been knowledgeable and cooperative. They’ve all helped me attain strength and greater range of motion. Everyone also took great care of my dad, and he was able to stay out of a nursing home, thanks in part to the therapy he received at In Motion. I’m very grateful to all of them for the care we’ve received. There is one person though, that does not take very good care of customers. Her name is Donna and I believe she’s responsible for scheduling and greeting patients. Several times I’ve seen her on her phone, while I was standing at the desk, waiting to check in. She’s called me to schedule my appointments and she’s just curt. She’s rude and for some strange reason, it’s like she’s angry with me. That I know of, I’ve never done anything to her. I’ve worked in the customer service field for 30+ years. Her demeanor is, hands down, some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. I hope she’ll find a way to communicate with customers that isn’t so angry. I actually feel sorry for her. As I’ve said though, everyone else there is awesome. I won’t let Donna’s attitude dissuade me from finishing my therapy, or from saying great things about everyone else there. 😊👍🏼😊
Kristen and Cory are outstanding! First time I have had positive results with pt, everything is explained and why and how it works. I feel they gave me the tools to succeed. They are awesome !
