Impressions Pediatric Therapy

Impressions Pediatric Therapy has been a great place for my child's progress. The therapists are skilled, patient, and dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. My child has made noticeable improvements since we started attending, and I am very happy with the therapy services provided. However, I’ve had a less-than-pleasant experience with the woman at the front desk. She isn’t as friendly or welcoming as expected from a place that works closely with children and families. A warm, approachable attitude can make a big difference. Additionally, I recommend that the staff wear name tags. Knowing who we are interacting with would be helpful, especially when building trust and communication with everyone involved in my child’s care would be beneficial. Overall, the therapy services are excellent, but there’s room for improvement in customer service.

I LOVE every therapist that works with both of my sons. Everyone knows who my sons are even if they do not personally work with them. The assistant therapist are great. I strongly recommend Impressions Pediatric Therapy to any parent I come across in any conversation Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy! I have more videos than pictures. I’ll give a review on TikTok for the videos. It’s about to be 1 year in a couple weeks since my older son started. So much improvement!!!

The owner/owner’s sister Kelly is AMAZING! I had a concern and they made efforts to address my concern which was very comforting. The therapist here are also filled with kind hearts and enthusiastic energy !! My child LOVES Ms.Claudia, and I definitely have noticed a different in my child’s developmental delay! 10/10 highly recommend for moms who children suffer from autism, disabilities or developmental delays:)

I’ve seen so much progress with my sons speech thanks to impressions pediatric. Miss Claudia has been kind, compassionate, patient & overall amazing. My son would talk about how much he loved his teacher, and how he looked forward to his lessons. Sadly we are moving due to unforeseen circumstances, but we are going to miss this place & would highly recommend any parent to bring their child here.

The OT and Physical wasn’t that bad service,however my child has had better services in other more professional places in the passed. On top of that, the manager Mrs.Robinson has always an ugly attitude and doesn’t know how to deal with kindness towards the patients or parents. Definitely don’t recommend Impressions for children of special needs in general. Good day.

I couldn't even get my son scheduled with them; we have been cancelled on three times and once while my husband was already almost there (we have around a 30 minute drive). Will be switching the referral to another location.

I didn't want to give them no stars but I had too in order to write a review. But I think that's the main reason why the location on Allentown Rd is closed because they don't do no business right. My son had an appointment for 3:30 pm and I was stuck in traffic because of a accident that was blocking both ways. I arrived at 3:43 and they told me that I would have to reschedule another appointment because I was 15 mins late. But if anyone no how to tell time if the appointment is at 3:30 and I get to the desk at 3:43 that's not 15 mins late. But I guess I don't know time. They are lazy, with no customer service skills at all... I will make sure I will never recommend them to noone

Called per the recommendation of my pediatrician due to my toddler needing speech therapy. A lady returned my call the same day, which I appreciate, but tried to diagnose my son over the phone based on a conversation with me. Mind you both his pediatrician and myself agreed the toddler needs speech therapy. The lady tried to tell me my concerns were that of a normal developing 3 year old and to put him in daycare or school around other children. She did not even ask if he was already in daycare or school she just made the assumption. She did not offer an evaluation appointment for a licensed professional to interact and diagnose the child. Extremely rude and unprofessional. As a parent, this being my second child, it is very disturbing that people are dismissive when it comes to the concerns regarding children. I did not even press the issue of an appointment because of her dismissive attitude. She kept asking what was his diagnosis as if he had to be diagnosed with a “condition” in order to receive assistance. The program might be excellent but their admin staff or whoever returns calls make it impossible to determine.
