Imperial Physical Therapy

My mother has had therapy here a couple of times, a good amount of nurses here have had terrible attitudes recently, very rude and impatient. One of the ladies abruptly hung up on my mother for no reason meanwhile the conversation was not over. Keep in mind if you work in healthcare the priority is to care for YOUR patients. If you can’t do the bare minimum then healthcare is not the route for you ❤️. Reconsider.

Everyone here is very nice and the facilities are also nice. Convenient location. However, I wasn’t listened to as a patient and I was pushed too hard, exacerbating the injury. My doctor had me stop PT at this clinic.

Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, caring, and quality services. The Imperial Physical Therapy office with their exceptional knowledge and care eliminated the excruciating pain I had in my shoulder and arm with physical treatments. I am very grateful.

They have an amazing team from the front desk to the therapist, the first time I used their service was during the pandemic I had a very hard time walking and they got me back to normal during g the first 6 sessions during the same time I broke my shoulder and my doctor had told me that I was never going to be 💯 normal but maybe about 75% they had me back to 99% but that time they finish with my sessions.
