Impact Therapy of Georgia

Impact Therapy has been a true blessing for our family. Both of my children have received therapy here, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy, and we have seen incredible progress and success. One of my children started as young as 5 weeks old in feeding therapy and graduated successfully, a journey we couldn’t have navigated without the expertise and compassion of the team at Impact. The entire staff at Impact Therapy genuinely cares about their patients. They take the time to thoroughly explain each step, ensuring that we, as parents, understand what’s happening and what we can work on at home to support our children’s progress. Their approach has always made us feel informed and supported. Jennifer, the owner, is exceptional. Her dedication, warmth, and expertise have made such a difference for our family, and I feel so fortunate to have her and the Impact team as a resource in our community. They’ve gone above and beyond in helping our children reach milestones, and I highly recommend Impact Therapy to any family in need of pediatric therapy services!

My son attended here since he was 2 years old for speech , He has now graduated. He loved coming here and seeing his therpist Whitney . They were always accommodating with schedule changes and cancellations that come along with life. The environment is warm, friendly and welcoming. It is a play base therapy so the kids feel like they are just there to play.

I'm not saying they don't do good work there. It is very expensive. I believe it shouldn't be run like a car wash. Our last visit he was only back there for 20 minutes. I was told this gives them time to talk to parents. That's still not okay because that tells me you are scheduling them back to back to make more money which also robs each child out of their 30 minute alloted time. Where has patient care gone?

Stacey (PT) and Anna (ST) are amazing! We started taking our daughter there and started seeing results immediately. I highly recommend them.

I’m very impressed with the owner and staff of Impact Therapy. Mrs Jennifer and her team take great care of their patients and stay very busy helping lots of kids. I definitely recommend their services. They are positive, kind, and very friendly.

I have been waiting and calling, waiting and calling, and it finally took ME to get BOTH, impact therapy and primary pediatrics here in Macon on numerous of back and forth calls, to get my baby a plan for his speech therapy to be started. That was back in February. It is now May and we still haven’t had an appointment yet even though they called and texted me and said that they had a plan of action. I’ve been calling and no one‘s been answering. The insurance went through already. I’ve texted them and no response. Idk what else to do besides go up there or just find another place. I cant keep waiting. I’m saddened because I’ve heard great things about this place and was referred here. June 28, 2023 Yup…you guessed it…no appointment. Turned in more paperwork from them that they required. “Expect a phone call in a week”, they said. No one has reached out. If someone has another recommendation. Find me on Facebook and help me out. I just need help for my son ASAP!
