Highly recommend Mike! After tearing my hamstring and not recovering as quickly as I expected, he met me for a house visit to help. He was a total professional and followed all covid protocols to stay safe. I’ve been following the exercise plan he created for me and am already making great progress. He’s also super responsive when I have quick questions after our sessions!

Throughout my life I had dealt with issues with my knees. Often my knee cap would slip out if I had it in a certain position. I had seen a doctor for it but he never truly gave me a solution. After meeting with Michael he tested a few things and explained that it was an issue involving weak hips that was the root cause. After just a few months of working with Michael I felt more confident and stronger in my legs. Years of issues with my knee were finally beginning to improve. If you have an issue with your knees and haven’t found a solution I’d absolutely recommend getting a second recommendation from Mike at Impact. I can’t thank him enough!

Dr. Zelyez did an amazing job with helping me recover from my surgery. The exercises he gave me truly made my whole experience seamless when coming back to recovery! Dr. Zelyez made me feel welcomed and comfortable with every visit. He extremely informative and always made sure I knew exactly what he was doing/ what to do at home. He shows in every visit that he cares about my wellbeing and that I get the recovery I need. I recommend him to all my friends and family who need physical therapy in the future.

Mike is phenomenal! I came in with a massive knot in my lower back from working out that made it painful for me to stand up and sit down. Mike fixed it in-studio and gave me great exercises to do at home. I'm back and stronger than ever. Thanks, Mike!
