I would wholeheartedly recommend Impact Physical Therapy for a variety of PT needs. The staff is genuinely welcoming and friendly and Keith is an expert in his field. The PT rehabilitation program he recommended for me was evidence based and backed by peer-reviewed literature. He even supplied me with copies of the research articles when I asked to see the medical evidence behind the rehab protocol he gave me. He was professional and consistent. He was willing to take extra time as needed with me, and I very much appreciated this flexibility and willingness to answer all of my questions. This approach helped keep me motivated and ultimately helped me see good positive results in my healing process.

Best experience I could ever imagine. Wasn’t planning on going into therapy but I was rear ended on the highway. After ER, all the tests, the Cat Scan, MRI and every other test they could run I was referred to Impact Therapy. From my first call that I received from Trish to set up appointments it was an amazing experience. I walked in and I could not have had a more wonderful and fun time. First appointment was with Dr. Keith and he did my initial measurements and he was great. Explained things to me so I could understand what I was going to be going through. I loved my therapist Becky and she new what she was doing. For the next 6 weeks it was a positive experience every time I walked through the door. You really get to know each other on a personal level and it makes it very special. Everyone is so positive and kind. I would recommend Impact Therapy to anyone that needs help whether it’s from an accident or just something that might help you with a problem you may be experiencing.

If you live in Sioux City and need high quality physical therapy, Impact Physical Therapy is the best in the area. Dr. Keith provides exceptional care especially for the foot and ankle. At my first appointment, I was welcomed by Trish; and I was thrilled to see Eric Nieuwenhuis was also on the team. My experience with this team was outstanding! After 3 ankle surgeries in the same ankle never thought that I would be able to run again. I have always used another PT with my first 2 surgeriea. With the PT and nerve work that this team has done I was able not only to heal the best of my 3surgeries and also get back to running! Keith helped me when I had an injury to my knee from motocross. Although I only had one appointment with him he still made me feel very welcome and comfortable. He seemed very knowledgeable and if my injury would have called for continued care I would have chosen Keith as my physical therapist.
