Impact Counseling Clinic

We had a chance encounter with this business even though we are not directly customers. Our experience was not positive as we were approached in the parking lot in a manner that we perceived as rude and unwelcoming. Our family of four found ourselves stopped at this location unexpectedly as we were trying to find a good spot with no cloud cover to view the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. The business ownership certainly has some right to influence who parks in the spots and for how long, but we would have appreciated it if they would have taken this ~30min period of time as a fun way to connect with the community given that there were still ample numbers of unused parking spaces and likely wouldn’t have hindered business in any way for the short time we would have been there. We instead went right next door to the Mexican food restaurant and ran into some really nice hosts there!

I was the one that asked this person to leave because he was parked across our parking lot with his trailer blocking access to our business. Which I thought was very inconsederate.

This facility is a joke and not ran properly. Mrs. Priscilla Ann Faulkner is rude and disrespectful. She also will lie to fit things to her agenda when you disagree with her.10/10 do not recommend.

The staff are amazing and truly wonderful people who will do whatever they can to help!!
