I tore my calf muscle during a trail run. I couldn’t even walk without limping and the bruising was terrible! The first PT I went to put me in a boot with an estimate of 6 weeks recovery time. Getting injured at the start of my favorite season had me pretty down and my friend practically begged me to go see Brodie at ImPackt. After 3 weeks of PT and laser therapy, I was back to easy runs and rock climbing. After 4 weeks, I was back on my favorite trails. Brodie and his crew made me feel comfortable and welcome in their clinic. Can’t recommend them enough!

ImPackt is the best! Brody is very knowledgeable and knows how to work with young high level athletes. He’s always been able to get my level 10 gymnast back on track! Helping to keep her body healthy for injury prevention and coming out of injury.

I came here about 2 months ago I had completely tore my atfl atifl and partially tore my deltoid ligaments in my ankle, this happened 2 days before senior graduation, I had a senior trip planned where o had to go scuba diving in 2 weeks, on the 7th day of my recovery I went here and it was the best decision I have made, I thought it was gonna be as simple as don’t walk on it and keep it elevated ect… but Brodie said the best way to heal these types of injuries was movement, i only had 6 days until I left for my trip, the first day I couldn’t even walk into the clinic, by the sixth day I was walking without pain and was able to go on my scuba diving trip just 2 weeks after I tore everything. It has now been 2 months and I’ve been about 100% for 2 weeks now I am so grateful of this place and I would highly recommend anyone with any sort of issues to come here. I am now back to hiking and diving and weightlifting to full capacity, please email me to see the video progress if you want more proof!

My daughter is a dancer who dances 15+ hours per week. She suddenly developed pretty debilitating back pain and was unable to dance or do much else comfortably. The staff at ImPackt was so helpful to get her right in and start her on exercises to help minimize pain and build up strength in her back so hopefully something this severe doesn’t happen to her in the future. She is armed with knowledge and tools to help her in the future and we are so grateful.

I found ImPackt while looking through google reviews and we loved it so I am going to leave my own. My daughter sprained her ankle long jumping and has had a lot of pain while running ever since. The orthopedist recommended physical therapy. I wanted to find someone that came highly recommended. Impackt wasn’t covered under my insurance, but it was so worth it paying out of pocket. We will come here for any physical therapy needs in the future. it was a higher level of physical therapist than we have ever had! My daughter ran last week for the first time without pain since her injury. She was so happy to be back doing what she loves and we are so grateful for ImPackt getting her back to feeling strong and pain free!

I'd like to share my experience with ImPackt Physical Therapy. I initially approached ImPackt to provide laser treatments for my feet. I have struggled with peripheral neuropathy for about 10 years. I had gotten progressively worse over time. I was wanting to add laser therapy, which ImPackt offered, along with other therapies that I was starting to use to help slow the progression or even reverse some of the effects of the neuropathy. Some of these additional therapies that I was doing at home included red-lights and electro-stimulation. Since there isn't a clear path for dealing with neuropathy other than medication for the pain, adding laser therapy was my attempt to try scientifically documented therapies that might help, which included laser therapy. I am grateful to Brodie Pack, the owner, who when i requested laser treatments only, explained to me the value and benefits of incorporating physical therapy along with the laser treatments. This turned out to be a very beneficial recommendation by Brodie. The physical therapy along with the laser gave me some surprising results. My goal at the beginning of these treatments was to be able to return to playing pickleball. I hadn't been able to play for years because of the neuropathy. After two months of treatment by ImPackt, I am happy to report that I was able to turn to the pickleball court and begin playing again. This is nothing short of a miracle in my mind. I also noticed that I could feel the coldness of the cement in my garage when I went outside barefoot, which I hadn't been able to do for years. I also was able to raise myself out of my chair or the couch without the assistance of my kind wife. These were tangible evidences of my progress. The physical therapy gave me back mobility that I had lost because of the neuropathy. I would highly recommend considering using ImPackt Physical Therapy to assist you in addressing neuropathy and general mobility. In addition to the effective treatments, I have to say that there is an unusual environment of concern and caring for the patients in the clinic. Brodie and his staff are unusually sensitive to your body's condition and also to your mental and emotional state. They are warm, personable and interested in you and your situation. The providers at ImPackt are knowledgeable, effective and professional. They are good people. Brodie has created a caring and healing environment. I would strongly recommend partnering with ImPackt to address your physical needs along any journey you may be on to heal and progress.

A year before I started PT I injured my knee in a hiking fall and ended up with a bone bruise. That trauma caused some scar tissue build up and muscle atrophy, which resulted in painful patellar tendonitis in my knee a year later. I decided to skip going to the doctor again and go straight into physical therapy, and I'm so glad I did! Brodie and his team were so helpful and hands on in getting my knee on the path to being healthy again. The appointments are helpful, but staying consistent with the at-home program you are given is crucial. At my last appointment, Brodie pointed out that I had made great progress in building up my quad muscles, which was a great affirmation that the work was worth it! I am feeling so much better. If you have ever felt like you are just one of many patients or feel forgotten about at other PT offices—like I have in the past—you won't feel like that here! ImPackt is truly amazing!

Brodie and his team are amazing! They are very professional and knowledgeable and work hard to make sure they are giving you the best care possible. My daughter hurt her hamstring in dance. He and his team used many types of therapies to help her in her recovery and she is doing much better! I highly recommend Impackt and will definitely use them in the future.
