iMotion Physical Therapy-LAKE CLINIC (ORTHOPEDIC REHAB)

If I can give -10 I would, staff at the clinic are ok but the lady at accounting is awful, you have to watch and check with your insurance because I was fully covered and have 0$ co-pay but they still charged me 25$ for every visit this year. My insurance sent me an explanation of benefits with 0 $ out of pocket, at first she said she will send me the check then she stopped answering the phone, I left a message and got nothing, reporting them to my insurance and filling a complaint as well.

Utterly disgusting accounting/billing services. They charged me extra money without letting me know of those charges. Upon calling the billing department and almost arguing for an hour, they accepted their mistake and agreed to refund me but when I checked next day, they were like “we never promised”. I can already see one such review out of total 10 reviews and they were like we’re encountering such a situation for the first time in last 10 years. Truly disappointed by this kind of scamming.

Imotion is extremely professional and has excellent therapist. There was a misunderstanding from my referring doctor regarding the evaluation notes. The imotion management quickly intervened to sort it out and it turns out that the problem was with referring doctors fax machine . Thank you

The therapists and staff exhibit extensive knowledge, providing effective pain relief through manual therapy during each session, while emphasizing the importance of proper exercises. My Dance injuries were first evaluated and my therapy sessions were planned accordingly. Kashmira and Noleen knew precisely how to address my concerns and issues. The consistent progress I experienced became the motivating factor for returning to their facility. After sessions they also made sure I knew about the tools I could use to address any potential flare-ups, ensuring I knew how to manage pain at home. Thanks to their treatment and guidance I could go back to dancing like I used to!

Being a dentist for 22 years comes with a baggage of frozen shoulder and now sciatica pain.Dr prateek and Sweety are the nicest people who give detailed education on “ why” problems happen and how to treat them/ manage them so they don’t reoccur. This new facility is really nice and I am glad they still have a warm feel and empathy to all patients. In fact we are inviting them to speak about postures correction and pain relief in dental occupation in our office to helps all my office staff.

Had a great experience for my post-ACL surgery rehab. Went there for six months and received top-notch care from the team, especially Karl, Kashmira, and Vanessa. Big thanks to them and the support staff.

My husband went to this location. They told him he will be charged $130 for cash payment and $150 if we go through insurance. After the treatment is done, they charged approximately $600 to insurance and called back asking extra $45. So i paid $195 for minimal service. Even though they said i will have to pay $150. When i asked why i have to pay extra $45, they said because earlier amount was estimate. They did NOT made this clear when I visited them. Such a scam to get extra money after communicating WRONG information to patients. I didn’t wanted to pay, to which they will report it to credit companies, so i had to pay. Avoid this scammer franchise. Instead go to some local physical therapist who will not loot you.

Apoorva is the BEST physical therapist at iMotion.( I worked with many) . She is so caring and goes above and beyond her role as a PT. I am so happy with the care I received at iMotion. As a registered nurse, I strive my best to provide superb customer service and it was odd for me to be on the patient side of things and it is just so amazing to be so well taken care of and heard. At one point I was afraid my pain was going to be chronic but I have improved immensely thanks to Apoorva’s treatment, guidance and education. I am almost back to my normal state. Without further intervention I could have had permanent injury but thanks to Apoorva she taught me how to manage my symptoms and how to prevent them. At iMotion, I felt I was in the best hands. I will never forget all that Apoorva has done for me as she has improved my quality of life tremendously. If any of my family friends coworkers need a PT I will definitely refer them to Apoorva/iMotion.
