Imagine Pediatric Therapy

After having a bad experience with another pediatric therapist in town we found Imagine. We have been going here for about 5 mo now and I’m so thankful we ended up here the staff is amazing from front desk to the therapist never had a bad experience with them.

Natalie and Mallorie are the best speech and occupational therapists out there! We have been going for a year and within a year my son met his speech goals and graduated the program! He went from 7 words to over 50! My son has also made great strides in OT but still has a little ways to go, due to no fault of hers, just ours from not working with him everyday. Michelle, the scheduler, is also amazing!

My son had been going to this amazing place for all three years of his life. He is in great care with all of his therapist, has had constant process every appointment for three years. It is always so smooth with scheduling his times of things change on our end they are always so nice and accommodating. I always get so many tips from his therapist on what to bring back home and how to best help him on his journey. This place has a special place in our hearts. So thankful we have imagine pediatric therapy.

Our son had been to imagine for almost two years and we ended up getting taken off the schedule for missing days for being sick. Tried to call them those days we missed. No one answered us. Kept calling for a month and they continued to not answer our phone calls. He had taken multiple stages of therapy there but, we were kicked off the roll & ignored for missing a couple sessions after being there that long. Frustrating in my opinion. When you have a special needs child that needs those classes to have a higher chance of a productive life.

We love miss Jessica for speech. She has helped my son so much and is so good with him. You can tell she loves what she does!! And we love Michelle at the front desk!! She’s always happy and kind. Even if I have to cancel for any reason, even if it’s last minute, she is super sweet and helpful to find a time that works better for me. Love love love imagine!!!

My granddaughter who has special needs was here for PT & OT. The physical therapist would constantly berate my granddaughter (who is only 4), by saying she is a fibber over and over and had wimpy throws. She also would unnecessarily discipline and correct her even though mom was right there! A child shouldn't leave feeling worse about themselves than they did when they entered the business. Smh. My daughter had to interrupt the therapy and take her out of there. I strongly suggest if you have a child with special needs or one that gets distracted easily to look somewhere else. Why a therapist chooses to work in a place that specializes in kids and then acts like they can't stand them is beyond me.

AMAZING! All of the staff are friendly, great with kids and good at what they do. My son is 3 and has PDD, within 4 visits he started talking ALL THE TIME! It's still a lot of babble but he's doing a great job at forming words as well. We've been going for months now and they've helped so much, his motor skills and social skills have improved tremendously, highly recommend Imagine to any parents with kids that need a little help! =]

The entire staff is polite and so knowledgeable. Most of them, not just my daughter’s speech therapist, know and say hi to her. My daughter has now had two different therapists and she had absolutely adored them both. She has abosolutely blossomed in her speech and understanding because of them.
