I love this physical therapy. I've been coming here for a year the staff and all the doctors are super nice. They have a super clean facility. Great technology rehabilitation of the body. They even have an awesome workout room and lots of different doctors for therapy. There's so much fun nice people, clean facility and they even celebrate Halloween. There is exciting. I recommend everybody trying to come here. They help me a lot with all my back problems my sciatic nerve problems, and my neck problems.

A Tesla broke my wrist. Got surgery, then came to this clinic for physical therapy. Great group of people. Helped me with my hand, wrist, and arm. Almost back to 100%

Dr is never available and his Staff is beyond unprofessional and rude. They also scam the Health Insurance by scheduling visits, that weren’t even discussed with Patient & then bill the Insurance! SCAM!!

This guy and clinic is a total scam. If I could give zero stars I would. They Made my brother go physically into the clinic and then the DC, RPT ZOOMED in. Zoomed!! and then an aide took him into the clinic, didn’t introduce herself and had him do some super generic could find on Google theraband exercises before zapping him with tens, scraping him then using the massage gun completely unskilled and ineffectively. He was there for 30 minutes. This clinic is why we have such a horrible reputation with consumers. Clinics like this are complacent feeding on HMO referrals. Do better! So much much Better we are relying on you to uphold our ethical and moral obligations and grow with the profession using evidence based practice. I’m embarrassed for us that my family member had to experience this

The Dr is fine but not on site. The front desk staff give be the vibe that they're burnt out. Like they're trying to be nice, but definitely over it. The place is busy. Appt is 30 minutes. No home program given. We've both been to PT elsewhere for other issues and have always been given a home program. Nothing done once or twice a week is going to make a big enough difference. This type of place might be good for someone who is not trying to return to a sport. We are going to pay cash somewhere else we have had great success with. Unfortunately I wasn't able to confirm the level of training or certification for the person he worked with. Seems like they are PT aides but not actual therapists. I can't confirm. Definitely ask. Unfortunately if you have medi cal, you don't have much choice. Fortunately, the other place we go to has cash pay plans and doesn't need a referral.

My experience with Kevin Lee PTA is the very best. Every time I go to physical therapy he gives me and awesome experience and usually I'm in pain when entering. When I leave I feel a lot better and relieved of pain and cannot wait to go back to physical therapy. Usually when I go to physical therapy it's on Wednesday and Fridays and when I go I always ask for Kevin as I feel that he is the best next to the best. I would definitely recommend this physical therapist Assistant and place to others as they are very helpful, kind, friendly and they stay on top of your appointments as they give courtesy calls for reminders of appointments.

This people are so unprofessional. I agree with other comments that the people working at the front desk are burned out. Cancelling appointments without even calling the patient and then pretending that they did but have no proof or record of their calls.. won’t be giving them my money. Ask your insurance for a better office if they don’t treat you right.

This place has been one of two places I got work done on my knee. So far it has been the only one that has helped. My previous Physical therapist made me do all kinds of exercises but it never seemed to get better past a point and I still had to use a knee brace to walk around. I was seeing them for almost 3 months. With them, I'm able to walk around without my knee brace now (it took them a month) and the doctor is proud of my progress. I don't know why it's working but it is. The secretaries there are fairly nice as well, but it's not up to them to remember your appointments. They call a day before and 5 to 15 mins before your appointment is. You need to call them a day before to cancel if you don't want to be charged for missing an appointment. Yes it is hard to get an appointment here sometimes. They are usually overloaded with patients. But, they take the time to make sure you can handle exercise before putting you on a machine or giving you exercises for you to do at home. They regularly rotate physical therapists you see so it's not just one person looking at you, it's a whole team. In my opinion, this is the best place if: -Physical therapy exercise has stopped working -Need to have appointments that last as long as they advertise -Want appointments that start right when the doctors say -Can handle the responsibility of talking with the doctor and telling him exactly what hurts.
