I went here to get some PT for my back. I was referred by my primary physician because of severe back pain. I don't even know the doctor's name but he didn't even look at my back. he made me incredibly uncomfortable the entire time. the exercises were okay, but after doing them as instructed for months there was little to no change. the kid at the desk didn't seem to understand how to use any insurance that wasn't medicare or the intermountain insurance. I got billed almost $600 and had to call and give them my insurance multiple times. it took so long that they added a late fee of almost another $200. they finally got the insurance figured out I guess because I haven't heard anything from them in months. everything about my experience here was uncomfortable and frustrating.

I love this clinic and the cleanliness of the building! It has imaging Labs, Rehabilitation, instacare, and family practice physician staff as well as mental health counseling! Everyone is great to deal with and eager to assist on getting you in last minute if needed!

I'm sure the doctors and staff are fine, but if you want to know what your visit will cost, go somewhere else. I sent my son in for a pre-mission exam. I'm cash pay, so I want to know ahead of time what this will cost. First you have to call the clinic and ask what you will be charged. They will ask you for your name, birthday, SSN, etc. Then they will give you the number for the patient financial services line. That will get you to a call center in the Philippines. If you call them and give them all of the same sensitive information, they will then tell you to call the "Estimate Hotline". After you give them all the same information, they will send you an email in 3-5 business days! But heads up, that estimate only tells you the clinic fees associated with your visit, not the physician fees, because the doctors bill separately. So basically you will never know what you owe until you are billed 3 weeks after your visit.

Took a week to get the physical therapy referral and another week for them to send the referral to the correct office when it's time sensitive after a car accident. Extremely rude and uncaring Dr. Do not recommend going here worth the wait to find a better doctor.

To begin, Alyssa Dean and her assistant are lovely. Kind, friendly, caring. Alyssa cares about the people she treats and it shows. The problem is, to reach the friendliness in the castle, you must pass the bridge of bitterness and discontent known as the front desk. This journey begins with the phone call requesting Alyssa's smiling face see you. This time I was passively aggressively reprimanded for interrupting a woman who sounded like she had just completed a terrible fight with her husband, but I got in. As I approached the desk, there seemed to be an unspoken competition to see who would have to look up from Pintrest first to greet me. It was neck and neck for a few moments, then the guard on the left broke. I've gone to IHC for years. Before all the nastiness when Becky Wheeler would greet you with a smile and maybe even a hug. If this was a one off, I wouldn't leave a review. The bridge of misery is consistent and needs addressed by the King. I was there to see Alyssa for something inconsequential. But what if I wasn't? What if it was the worst time of my life? Kindness is cheap and easy. Friendliness is a habit. If Alyssa wasn't the person beyond the drawbridge, I would have found a new doctor a long time ago.

Came in to my family doctor to get 2 stitches removed and the front desk fought me on doing it. Telling me we don’t do that here. What Doctor can’t remove 2 stitches? I’ll be looking for a new family doctor

We went to an emergency visit late night with dr Gary Macdonald and he very rude and unprofessional with my daughter. She was screaming, hurting and scared and he was being so rough with my 3 year old. He held her down with more force than you should EVER use on a child. It was VERY uncalled for. I could even see the look on the nurses face knowing it was not right. He kept telling her she can scream all she wants but it won’t make him stop. I don’t care if it was a late night and he was ready to go home, you DO NOT treat patients, let alone young kids like that when they are TERRIFIED. I will never be seeing him again and I will recommend everyone I know against this doctor. Worst experience I have ever had.
