Ideal Therapy II

I really glad I was referred to this facility for my occupational therapy. Samson is amazing, he listens to all your concerns and makes sure to implement then in your recovery process. He literally explains everything in depth with the processes of your journey of recovery and how the body and nerves works. I'm very thankful for this place.

It was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced period. I would have to write a book to describe the experience but your definitely going to get your money’s worth at ideal therapy, Samson is a tremendous host and therapist.

Samson is hands down the best occupational therapist there is! He really cares about his patients' recovery! His knowledge has helped me understand my injury and recovery process!

The best experience u could ever imagine the OT therapist is the best of all time and the front desk is great to see is so sweet. I also wanna say Sam will go out his way to make sure I had full function of my hand again I don't know how to say I really appreciate u if u need any OT needs please check out Ideal therapy 2 he is the owner and the best God bless u and continue to use your gift god blessed u with. Professional staff and quiet, clean facilities. This is my family's second time having opportunity to work with Samson St. Remy. First time just picked closest facility to our home. This time we made sure to find and work with Samson. We were not happy with services received from home therapy and decided to work Ideal Therapy II because we remembered the A-1 services received from Samson after my husband's 1st stroke. Samson's attentive and energetic personality has been a major part in my husband's recovery. Progress was seen immediately. Although it's God's will, Samson has been a driving force in helping my husband recover from 2nd massive stroke. With Samson's encouragement, my husband has went from little to not movements on left side to being able to get in/out of bed/car with little assistance. I can only imagine where we will be in 6 months!! Thank you Samson and Ideal Therapy II staff for all you do!!!

Sampson’s work with our grandson has been critically important to his overall treatment plan. SMA is a devastating diagnosis requiring everyone to go above and beyond anything considered normal to live every day. Sam’s guidance and never ending enthusiasm along with advances in medicine have helped him to accomplish movement that his doctors said could never happen. Sam has been and continues to be a blessing to our family. Thank you!

Today was my first time at Ideal Therapy, I Thank God that I don't really pay attention to negative reviews, I am one who has to see for myself, and I must say, my experience was fantastic, front desk to me was very pleasant and Professional, my Therapist Bianca was Awesome, very Professional and loving. Thank you Ideal Therapy.

Highly disappointed. I made an appointment for my son I showed up and they said they couldn't see me and offered me an appointment for 3 weeks out with times that wouldn't work for my schedule. Very unprofessional and the place looks unkept. I was very disappointed. Samson the owner please do better for future clients.
