Ideal Motion Physical Therapy

I just tried calling to see if they accept my insurance so I could set up an appointment. The front desk lady was incredibly unhelpful. I had to ask if she could check on my insurance. When she called back she simply said they don't. I have a unique insurance and typically once I talk to billing it gets cleared up. In this case she seemed to do everything she could to not help me. She then hung up on me when I tried to ask further questions about my insurance. I even asked about paying out of pocket and she said 'it would be really expensive' and that's it. I've never left a Google review before but I am shocked at how I was just treated.

Excellent , encouraging , so knowledgeable . I have been to atleast 4 different PT’s just in Eagle River in the past few years for surgeries , 5 alone on my knee….now a replacement , and grateful I am healing with this group . Chris and Carolyn both , want you to succeed and have knowledge and tools to assure you do. Laughter is also a great medicine and that helps during the exercises.

Absolutely do not recommend Chris Wilson. He is cocky and will not follow the surgeon’s specific rehabilitation protocol. I went to see him after a massive reconstructive surgery and Chris immediately went against the doctor’s written orders. I was not supposed to weight bear for another month and he took my crutches and told me to walk. I also was not supposed to use weights for awhile yet and he strapped weights to my ankles and told me to do leg lifts. Two strikes in one session and he was out. I left my session in tears and was terrified I had jeopardized my reconstruction.

Amazing staff and amazing care. Super clean facility. So thankful to be a patient here!
