Idaho Pediatric Therapy Clinic

We love Idaho Pediatric Therapy Clinic! The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and kind. My daughter sees Luke and he is amazing. I’d give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Such a wonderful clinic. My son has been going here for over a year. Rachel has helped him so much since we started. Update as of October 2023 I no longer recommend them at all. They have great therapists but their front staff need work. It could have improved since we left about a year ago but we were pretty much forced out. I asked multiple times and multiple different staff members in the front to put my son on a 4pm appointment wait list over a year. They never did. Then I was made aware it was open but they gave it to a new client instead. I asked about it and they never put him on the wait list. We had already cancelled our other appointment time so it felt like they pushed us out. We then got a huge bill where they claimed we never paid our co pays when I set up the automatic bill pay years before. They stated because I didn’t physically hand them a card then they added late fees for every appointment. I was furious. My son loved his therapist there. He still talks about her even though she has left now too. It always kinda felt like he was pushed out or cast aside though. They would continually try and hand him off to new therapists and not even tell us. My son has autism. At the time they thought it was just sensory so this change caused lots of tears and breakdowns. It is also set up like an assembly line where you are in and out at the top of the hour. Very little time to discuss what happened during the week and what the therapist recommends. I hope it has improved and management and how they run things has improved so others don’t have the experience we did.

My experience with this clinic was great. My son is autistic and gets rambunctious in new exciting areas. I was trying to fill out the paperwork but my son was so busy thatI had a hard time keeping him calm. The employees took the time to help me with him and tried to entertain him. They were very kind and understanding. It felt really nice. His therapist, Courtney is also kind, patient and good about explaining her goals for my son. Very happy with this location.

My son has seen Sam for most of his life! She is amazing and has made such a difference in his life. His balance, strength and confidence have all been boosted!

We have been with IPTC since they were in their old location. All 4 of my children have participated in multiple therapies there. They have the most wonderful therapists! They don't just go through the motions, they truly love the kids and the work they do. I would recommend them hands down.

The environment and staff are so friendly and welcoming, Angie and Ella at the front are so interesting and fun. Samantha and Jennifer are doing a wonderful job running this fine establishment.

I love Idaho Pediatric Therapy Clinic! They were the 2nd location we tried after my son's diagnosis and the 1st one was terrible. I went into our first meeting feeling skeptical and defeated and left feeling so happy and put at ease! That was over 2 years ago! We have found a therapy clinic that suits my sons needs and helps us give him the resources he needs to be happy and healthy. We LOVE IPTC!

I had an amazing experience with Idaho pediatric therapy clinic. When I first heard my son needed PT I was nervous and anxious to get him started. The receptionist was very helpful and stayed in communication with me through the process. Once started, I was impressed with our therapist and how she interacted with our son and daughter (I had to bring her with me). I would absolutely recommend Idaho Pediatric Therapy clinic.
