Ice Recovery and Wellness

We LOVE Ice! It has made such a HUGE difference as I’ve started working out again. These sore muscles of mine thank me after every session at Ice, the recovery time has been so much quicker. I’ve also noticed a much better nights sleep and less migraines. But more importantly, Troy and the rest of the staff makes you feel like family. I honestly look forward to going each week to see all their happy faces. Ice loves our community and it shows. I would recommend Ice to EVERYONE.

About 6 months ago, I randomly heard about ICE Recovery. I decided to give it a try. Best decision ever. Most of the time, I’m sore from the gym and was hoping this would help. I made an appointment for the next day. By the way, appointments are easy to make. I did Cryotherapy and Normatec. The Cryo is cold but so worth it. Trust me! It’s over before you know it and then you’re sitting in a cozy, reclining chair with a Normatec massage sleeves on. I usually do my legs but you have 3 choices. I’ve been going for 6 months. I am absolutely amazed at how it has helped my body recover. I sleep better and overall feel better. Thank you ICE Recovery! And in case you’re hungry, they have the best food to go. I personally love the chocolate chip protein cookies, but you can’t go wrong with any of their choices. A win win for all.

Absolutely love Ice Recovery and Wellness. There are many reasons to give this place a try, I'll name a few. 1. No more Motrin for my child. My daughter is a soccer player and would come home with muscle aches. A Quick trip to Ice and no more muscle aches. 2. My daughter suffered with an ankle injury. ( which is why we started going to Ice) Ice Recovery helped with the pain, swelling and I feel actually made for a quicker recovery time. 3. Troy and his staff are the BEST!!! My daughter is a quiet/shy kind of kid. Troy always greets his clients by their names and a conversion. I would highly recommend Ice Recovery and Wellness.

I recently had the chance to try both the cryotherapy and saunas at ICE Recovery and Wellness, and I was really impressed with the results. The cryotherapy sessions were intense but surprisingly refreshing. After just a few minutes in the cold chamber, I could feel the benefits—less muscle soreness and a noticeable boost in energy. It’s great for quick recovery, especially after a long day at work or a tough workout. The infrared saunas were a perfect follow-up. The warmth felt soothing and helped with muscle relaxation and stress relief. I enjoyed the balance between the invigorating cold of cryotherapy and the comforting heat of the saunas. The staff were great, walking me through everything, and the facility had a modern, clean, and calming vibe. If you’re looking for a complete recovery experience, I highly recommend ICE Recovery and Wellness. Their cryotherapy and sauna combo really works wonders!

From day one of going to ICE it has been an incredible experience. My son has been going to ICE for a few years now. Most recently he has had to come in more often as he plays academy soccer and his body needs the recovery. It has made such an impact on Andrew. He feels better all over after coming to ICE. He recently had a back injury but his recovery was quicker than expected through the help of Troy and his team. Troy and his staff are just super nice and genuine people. ICE Recovery and Wellness always makes you feel like you are part of their family. Very welcoming, loves their clients, fun environment, and good staff that makes the experience fun! Both of my children are athletes, have been coming to ICE for over a year. Everything they have to offer with Cryo Therapy and Normatec have been amazing at continuing to help them stay healthy.

After experiencing chronic Sciatica pain, I was willing to try anything that could possibly provide relief. I had never done cryotherapy or compression therapy but had read about the benefits. I decided to give it a try. After several months of weekly visits to ICE, my symptoms were all but gone. Troy, Crystal, and the rest of the team provide A+ customer service and an incredibly clean and positive environment. HIGHLY recommended.
