IBJI Physical Therapy - Willowbrook

I have experienced therapy services twice at this location. Everytime, I have had a great and wonderful experience. ALL the therapists are professional, knowledgeable and very caring as to what your situation is. They truly treat you with respect and concern to give you the best care possible. I recommend them highly. Each time going for therapy, they corrected my problem immensely, with great treatment that worked. Cathy is the manager, and with her entire team, they know what to do, and get the job done Gian at the front desk, handles appointments, reminders, and the important tasks behind the scenes, with kind professionalism too. I am very pleased with my progress, and appreciate all the excellent help I received. Thank you everyone! 😊

I’ve been going for months after a spinal fracture. And have nothing but good to share. All the staff go out their way to support and over the professionalism, everyone here is kind! Best experience seeing a physical therapist I’ve ever had!

Had a terrific experience at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute in Willowbrook. 2+ months of Physical Therapy got me back in shape after a shoulder injury. Everyone there is nice, first-rate!

This place is fantastic! Maritza , Maureen and Cathy are miracle workers and the entire staff is helpful and friendly. … I broke my collarbone and in only 10 sessions they had me back driving and using my right arm .. They were so patient with me and explain step by step what they were doing . Yes, I would definitely highly recommend this place !!!! Thank you !!!

The staff is friendly and helpful Maritza, Cathy , and Maureen make you feel comfortable and are very very good at what they do if I ever need physical therapy again I definitely will come back and would recommend to anyone.

I’ve gotten injured back in November of 2021. Been back and forth between Willowbrook and Westmont. First choice was Willowbrook where I had and am getting the best care! Cathy, Andrew, Maritza, and Maureen are the best and always have their ears open for ANY concerns. Their techs are incredible and very attentive as well. I had a complicated case and surgery, they make sure you’re not in ANY type of pain or discomfort. They make exercising FUN. Nothings ever easy, but I love their motivation and determination to getting all their patients back on their feet! To this day, I’m still a patient there and I look forward to being the strongest I was before my surgery.

I have a spinal issue. Everyone there was very friendly. I mostly worked with Cathy. She was very knowledgeable and I always felt better when I left after each appointment.
