IBJI Physical & Occupational Therapy - Libertyville

Great communication in all areas. No surprises. Friendly MDs and staff! I’ve had both knees replaced, both hips replaced with back and shoulder surgery all done by IBJi MDs. Feeling good!

This will be my second time working with the PT staff at Illinois Bone and Joint. I had shoulder work several years ago. Now I am doing therapy for a total left knee replacement which took place Jan 12. This is such a well run organization. It was easy to set appointments, and they were very accommodating to schedule changes on my part. I am currently working with Meghan and Brad. Brad helped me with my shoulder. I am a violinist, and my shoulder injury made it impossible to play. Brad got me back 100%. He even came to one of my shows. I have had only one PT session for my knee surgery, but I left with very clear instructions on my at home exercises. I have a lot of confidence in the folks at Illinois Bone and Joint. Excellent facility with excellent staff

Tara is excellent. She took the time to fully understand the Doctor’s diagnosis before she began the treatment. She also used a model of the shoulder to explain what a “frozen shoulder” is and how the treatment and exercises will address the condition. Tara is very personable as well as being an excellent listener. I feel I am in good hands and look forward to future sessions with this highly skilled Therapist. Paul

Every individual at this facility is professional and friendly! My knee replacement surgery would not have been successful without their physical therapy sessions. They are so encouraging and just the right amount of pushing you for best results. Highly recommend!

This is my third time receiving PT at Illinois Bone and Joint. All the therapist are very professional and good listeners to my problems! Sessions are on time. The technicians who help with the exercises are very good as well. I have received therapy at other facilities which aren’t nearly as good. I will continue to choose Illinois Bone and Joint Libertyville for future services if needed!

The physical therapists at the Libertyville location are great and truly concerned about their patients. Their level of care is truly awesome. They helped me get stronger after ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair. It was a long road but the exercises and devices/machines used truly strengthen my knee and leg and provided overall core strength. Thank you Britney and Steven for being amazing at your jobs and truly helping me.

They give you an appointment and you show up only to wait an hr. No respect for appointment time. Not sure if it's the staff over scheduling or something else. So frustrating to make an appointment and wait like a walk in patient.
