Jessica was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. I purchased a package of 6 visits with her. She spent an hour with me each time going through movements and massage, and sent me home with simple exercises to add to my recovery. When I started with Jessica, I could barely use my right arm and I was in a lot of pain. And now I have full motion And I’m pain-free. I will definitely continue seeing her for any needs.

Great gym with everything you’d need for powerlifting or general fitness. Plenty of squat racks and stands, benches, deadlfit platforms and calibrated plates with a handful of really cool machines. Have seen both Dr hurt and also Dr Jess for physical therapy as well and they have done a great job assessing my injuries and helping me get back to normal. Would recommend to anyone but especially a lifter/barbell athlete.

This place is amazing. Lovely brand new facility - big, open, well equipped. I saw Jessica Clark for pelvic floor therapy. Jess is so approachable and kind. She is thorough both in her work and in her explanations of what she is working on, and what you need to do to keep that work going. She has demystified and made way less awkward a type of treatment that people either don’t know about or don’t talk about, or likely both. If you are looking to work on pelvic issues and want to feel comfortable with someone you will quickly know on an intimate basis then you have found the right place!

I struggled with a variety of digestive and bladder issue. I love to travel, but needing frequent bathroom stops made it challenging. Jessica helped me strengthen my pelvic floor muscles, so now I have tools. And, I feel so much better! Jessica put me at ease so that I could let her teach me how to make these muscles stronger

Saw Jessica Clark for pelvic floor PT- she's incredible! Learned more in a few months from her than I have in my whole life, things that will help strengthen my body through my 40s and beyond.

I have worked with many PT’s over the years to address chronic pain and Melinda is bar none the best! I have entered her office in abject pain and left filled with relief and hope. She’s that good! Her colleague, Jess Clark is equally as talented with her pelvic floor PT techniques. I was skeptical going into it but due to a recent back injury was desperate to attempt any and all avenues of healing. I’m a believer now! She’s amazing and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone needing pelvic floor work!

I LOVE this place. I’ve seen Jess for a few months now for tennis elbow and a badly strained quad, and I’ve healed to the point where I feel better and stronger than I did pre-injury. Can’t imagine going anywhere else for PT, plus the facility is gorgeous.

I see Melinda for general PT work (hips, knees, back, ankles, shoulders…I need a lot of work!!), Jess for pelvis floor PT post-surgery and Nicky for deep massage. All are amazing!! Highly recommended.
