This place is positively nasty, run down, dark and dreary. The nurses are snobby, cliquish and leave you to figure out how to get your orientation on you own. They hire all their nurses from the local cult town, and give them preferential treatment. I was hired for full time, and never once got my full hours, they purposely kept my hours short so I wouldn't qualify for benefits. Nurse aids are forced to clock out for an hour, twice a shift leaving the nurses to manage their job and the aids. At night there is only one nurse in the entire building, hows that? I wish I could wipe this place from my memory, horrible nasty, gross nursing home, staffed with the worst nurses I've ever encountered.

I gave three stars only because a few people that work there actually care and try to do a good job. Their long term care sucks. They send a patient to a specialist or ER and then don't do what the specialist or ER doctor orders. They do not accompany the patient to the ER or doctor so they can discuss problem and treatment options. Tests are done and then results are never addressed. People that need extra help just have to wait until someone gets around to them. The place is filthy. They have no paper towels, or anything to clean with. I often used bum wipes to wipe our family member's eating table off and removed moldy items (from spills that were never cleaned up). They dump medical supplies all over everything and leave trash on the floor. I doubt they ever had him bush his teeth as they were always filthy. They change personnel and admins frequently, and new nurses had no idea how to take care of special needs. It was a constant fight trying to get them to do anything helpful until he died. Not one person called about his death - not even a form letter was sent. If there had been anywhere better than this in the area he would have been moved, but the other nursing home is run by the same company.

Hurricane Health and Rehabilitation, a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Hurricane Utah, is one of the most hospitable, affectionate, and supportive environments I have come across. The managing team, led by Jace, is remarkable in their approach to providing care. The facility's services are top-notch and highly recommendable for anyone seeking a comfortable and safe stay for their loved ones.

They are overmedicating my cousin hoping she will die. She has rashes in all her unmentional places when she asked for cream the lady/nurse said she was off the clock!!! When one of the other nurses came around and volunteered she got remanded for doing it. When I get on the phone with my cousin most of the time she is unintelligible. My family moves a lot due to my husband's job it kills me I can't be their to advocate for her.

Horrible smelly nasty place to work and I would’t even put my dog here. I picked up here as an agency worker and I got dnr. Their workers and residents were racists they complained about me simply because I didn’t look like them smh

Norma with transport is awesome! She stays with patient's as they check in and assures they are in the right hands, and gives both the patient and the office she visits comfort in knowing the patient is cared for. Great job to Norma and what a gem to this company!

I would like to give you guys 5 stars. My mother in law recently has been placed in your care and she seems comfortable their. I also got good vibes when I walked into the facility on Thursday when she was admitted. Very friendly and professional staff. You guys are amazing people. Thank you for all you do.
